Rotoworld: Teddy is done in Carolina
KillaCamNewton replied to Ja Rhule's topic in Carolina Panthers
he made a point that when you have a chance to grab a legitimate MVP QB you have to do it. you cant just say youre gonna build your roster first and then get one later, you arent always going to have a chance to do that. the reason its relevant is because hes absolutely correct, you can have holes in your roster but if you have an MVP caliber Qb youre always gonna be at the dance -
Turner/Boston admit that the refs screwed us in SB50
KillaCamNewton replied to Mol3m4n's topic in Carolina Panthers
The refs sucked in both games but it doesnt take away the fact that matchups matter and both defenses were built similar with physical DBs that can man up and a DLine that can get pressure rushing 4 with edge rushers that expose weaknesses at tackle. When you can do those 2 things any offense can be shut down -
congrats to all the tampa bay fans and the tampa bay bucs

They spent years being terrible and picking early in the draft and were able to fill their roster with talent on defense and at their skill positions. They had the GOAT QB fall into their lap who brought back the GOAT TE who clearly had plenty left in the tank then somehow were able to get the best WR of the decade onto their team when he shouldnt even be allowed in the league props to them but this shouldnt be some kind of blueprint this was literally a once in a lifetime perfect storm. If you think the stars aligned for us in 2015 this was the gd big bang -
One of the most historically inept and futile franchises has now found 2 Lombardis and we couldnt even get one with Cam and Kuechly in their primes this is depressing af

Rotoworld: Teddy is done in Carolina
KillaCamNewton replied to Ja Rhule's topic in Carolina Panthers
The best 4 QBs in the league this year were also the last 4 playing. Despite all of their teams except probably Tampa having numerous obvious holes in the roster. a legitimate MVP QB is the greatest equalizer maybe in all of sports. Its like having the best goalie in hockey or the best pitcher in baseball. Doesnt matter who youre playing as long as you got that guy youre always gonna have a chance to win. Always felt that way when Cam was in his prime and healthy -
Jonathan Jones thinks Deshaun to Carolina could happen.
KillaCamNewton replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Its only not an important position if you arent using him to his full potential this isnt traditional football where were putting a running back in the back field and just throwing him behind an OLine and using him as a battering ram the NFL has turned into a matchup game where the best coordinators are the ones who move their players all over the field and put them in favorable matchups. You can put CMC in the backfield, the slot or the outside and hes going to be a matchup problem for any defense. You cant just look at their position and determine their value you have to look at their impact on the field and the dimensions they add to your offense. Mike Davis had productive numbers but you cant possibly think our offense was as versatile with him on the field as CMC. CMC gets paid less per year than Jarvis Landry and he has twice the impact on the field -
Theyre $90 million over the cap their roster is gonna be Kamara and a bunch of JAGs

Imagine still using a bank for conforming or govy loans in 2020. I work in the industry, there have been some lenders requiring a 640 or above on FHA and in some cases 680 and that’s been a big deal because a few months ago you could get an FHA or VA as long as you were over 580. You can still get a 30 year conventional loan at a very good rate if your credit score is under 700 as long as you have a good debt to income ratio and more than 30% equity. If you do a 15 year conventional your credit score barely even affects your pricing/rate

Love how the announcers act like the mistakes the Giants are making are the reason we're winning this game Have you ever considered that the reason theyre 6-7 and we're 13-0 is because we don't make those same mistakes? -
The Cardinals can't run the ball and their offense is reliant on the deep ball with a QB that doesnt move well in the pocket. Sounds like a good matchup for our D

Pretty effortless drive for a TD against that vaunted Cardinals defense

Does anyone in their right mind think this defense is stopping Cam on a sneak two times? Just complete pussy coaching -

Gano is a liability -
Pickles won me my fantasy league that year. I went to waivers and picked up whichever defense was playing him that week. Getting 20 points from your defense makes all the difference

Kick the ball into the fugging endzone wtf Gano thats on you -
I was terrified for this game before the season but now not so much. Their defense looks pretty average and Lacy is having a horrible year. Norman on Cobb and Tillman on Jones and see where it goes

This game should be 28-0. Gotta clean this up in the second half
