It’s one thing if the team sucks, but for our owner to be acting like an idiot asshole so openly it kind of just makes me totally disinterested in cheering for the team. I just don’t see the point. I guess just focusing on the players as much as possible, but there are players all around the league to cheer for.

It’s sick that they haven’t bowed our or are even considering it.

How many conspiracies of 20 plus women claiming sexual assault have ever been uncovered? If this was fraud I doubt they would be able to coordinate for this long. So many things are bigger than football, use your head.

Is this guy the only QB in the world? Why do you want him as the face of the franchise?

No and no, he’s not the only QB in the world. Even if we got him for a song it sends a horrible message.

For real. Clear the books, invest in the future. Trade some stars to contenders. Our SB window doesn’t exist right now. Mediocrity and rock bottom are virtually the same in the NFL, fans really care about playoffs. Our franchise right now is like the crappy flipped houses you find in Charlotte. Shaky foundation and short term investment in all the wrong places.

There are tons of 1st round busts at those positions. Hurney did well there regardless.

Kevin Colbert reminds me too much of Kerry Colbert and then I get sad. Kerry Colbert reminds me of Drew Carter which makes me sadder. Drew Carter reminds me of David Gettis which breaks my heart. David Gettis reminds me of Brian St. Pierre and makes me chuckle.

Outside of Hurney’s magical 1st round drafting ability I don’t want anyone else.

Tepper seems like a “bad publicity is still publicity” kinda guy. I’m sure he’d love the attention.

When Richardson was the owner we had more or less immediate success and we rode the wave of good feels from the good season every few years. Now with Tepper he has 4 bad seasons under his belt and I’m not sure what he is doing.

They all have money and I would love to be their side piece

Pretty much all of them, I don’t really have a lot of faith that personal vendettas and gambling don’t play a role anymore. They’re terrible. They need to rotate them more often or keep the ref assignments secret.

That is an important POV but I worry if Rhule has some kind of B.S. issue against them individually.

This makes no sense unless they are giving him 2 more years after that. Good luck building an O-line and finding a QB in one offseason. The more “win now” seasons we have the longer we will be totally fuged.

The fact that the team won’t give up on Watson makes me want to give up on the team entirely. Maybe I’ll just stop watching until Tepper moves the team to Austin or some poo like that. Seems like we have a shithead of an owner who doesn’t really value human beings. it doesn’t make football sense and it definitely doesn’t make PR sense. Even getting Watson for a ham sandwich doesn’t jive.

Ellis is interesting because I think he has a full time job at the BMW plant in Spartanburg, would be a hard thing to give up entirely for sports journalism.

This whole situation is just awful, we need to properly bottom out and rebuild. This purgatory is unbearable. The star talents don’t deserve this.

I don’t trust him at all. Thus doesn’t feel planned or deliberate. Every time we make moves to get better it blows up.
