Anywhere in the lower bowl is loud as hell. I’ve felt that way for a long time. I heard John Ellis mention it on the one panther place podcast and I figured I’d bring up the topic again. I’m not a season ticket holder but I got called once for a survey after buying some single game tickets(or maybe it was a sales call?) When I mentioned how loud the PA was the immediately had a rebuttal which feels like they get that a lot. Who’s in charge of this?

Intro song during player warm ups
Donald LaFell replied to KillaCamNewton's topic in Carolina Panthers
I hear this at the stadium a good bit, sounds kind of ominous but the beat goes HAM -
I think he’s the most frustrating QB to play against since Vick. He seemed to throw these lobs that were always in the perfect spot. Drove me nuts. there isn’t really anything substantial that I have read that says he’s a bad guy. The Hawks always gave him a poo line too just like Cam.

Fox/Rivera weren’t terrible but not sure if I want someone in that exact mold again. Truthfully the entire organization still just feels dysfunctional.

2003 had some road graders but 2008 was exceptional. 2015 was a good interior but still too thrown together to challenge 08 or 03

Well that’s really tough for a guy who relies on his athleticism. Hopefully modern medicine has improved since this used to be a career death sentence.

Is Burns really worth backing up a Brinks truck?
Donald LaFell replied to mc52beast's topic in Carolina Panthers
If we sign him to a big contract then you will have to invest more into the D-line to make sure he won’t be doubled as much. -

He’s earned it. Feels like the closest thing we’ve had to a Jekyll/Hyde QB since Delhomme.

Rams Offering Two (Future) Firsts for Burns
Donald LaFell replied to OnlyPantherFaninMaine's topic in Carolina Panthers
I’m fine either way honestly. I’d rather trade him because I don’t think he’s well rounded enough for big DE money. -
PJ Haters. Put some respect on his name.
Donald LaFell replied to Proudiddy's topic in Carolina Panthers
He played his heart out just like Delhomme used to do. Also just like Delhomme we should strive to find someone better. Not mad at PJ, he’s far exceeded expectations and maybe he even catches on with another team because of this season. -
Let's be honest. DJ doesn't deserve this.
Donald LaFell replied to Snake's topic in Carolina Panthers
DJ didn’t take points off the board. PJ’s bad pick 6 and Eddy P did a lot more harm -
His subway commercial was literally scrubbed from the internet

You can’t really control things so you might as well hope for a win.

Sounds like another week without Horn...
Donald LaFell replied to TheCasillas's topic in Carolina Panthers
Not sure how bothered I am by it, I feel like he’d be playing if it was the playoffs -
We can sign Matt Ryan only if we immediately cut him and tell him to GTFO the field and then he falls through a trapdoor into a volcano.

Would you preferred Ben Navarro bought Panthers in 2018 ?
Donald LaFell replied to Chris Smitty's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think it was a bank or credit card company for low credit folks so it prob screws people over more often. -
WWE wrestler takes shot at Panthers and Charlotte
Donald LaFell replied to philw5289's topic in Carolina Panthers
I’m not a wrestling fan but this vid went viral a while back, roasting Seattle about the SuperSonics. It must have been deafening lol. -
I definitely can understand this sentiment. I think Burns can be good for a long time. Trading him for unproven rookies may not be worth it.
-
I’m not opposed to it but also I think he can be pretty good for a long time, even in a 4-3. The fans love Spider-Man. i think it all comes down to timing, who can we keep through the rebuild.

PFT ARTICLE: The Panthers slide squarely into tank mode
Donald LaFell replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Absolutely. I guess it was hubris? They thought they could win immediately, and then started making panicky moves chasing that high. -
I’m surprised at the amount of people who are upset at the compensation. A oft injured RB with a huge contract, I’m just glad he’s off a bad team. CMC can put a great team over the top but he’s not going to take a bad team anywhere. By the time this team has its act together he’ll be older and likely injured.

I feel like measurables have to be there for a #1 pick You can’t coach up height. I’d rather take a more prototypical QB
