I’ve never seen a guy look this incapable. He could very well be a very smart QB but his physical tools are lacking and I think he’s lost his nerve. He can’t throw down the field or over the middle. Playing him is throwing the team under the bus.

That’s been the crazy thing. Chuba is getting like 4-5 yards consistently then they just seem to panic or something

Yeah after cutting my teeth as a fan in the fox years I just want to give up and never draft a QB or TE like old times

There aren’t enough hours in the weekend to dedicate to a bad pro football team. I’ve been watching lately because my Sundays have been pretty lazy.

The run defense is really bad but I’m not sure how you make it better without an offseason of new personnel. Maybe a new DC but I don’t know what coach could do better with this group

If he could throw downfield it wouldn’t be a big deal but he’s considerably worse than Dalton.

Really liked Hill but I guess I can rationalize it.

I recall Brown’s rookie year being pretty strong and maybe his 2nd had some sophomore slump qualities to it, but nothing that concerning. It doesn’t matter what is causing Bryce’s issues. No rookie at any level has played QB this poorly and turned it around. He’s not going to get better. It’s a disservice to the other players on the team who have a future. They don’t deserve to be hamstrung.

Yeah I would have to think he’d be totally off some team’s boards especially at the #1 spot. I can’t believe we compromised that hard.

I mean his college tape is fine and we’ll never know where he really was on folk’s boards. But he needed to be the genius super computer he was hyped up to be. His NFL tape is damning. Sometimes everything being just 1% beyond someone’s capabilities makes them look 1000% worse. I don’t hate the guy but I just can’t stand the optimism or sportswriter BS.

I can’t think of any example of a QB with as poor of a body of work as Bryce. Where is his trade value?

I mean it’d be nice if he actually had ties to the area. I think it’s partially why his practice center deals fall apart.

Yeah the 03 season led to some of the pass friendly rule changes. Watching that philly game is hilarious now.

I can’t see any upside to playing Young at all. They really need to face the music. At some point I don’t understand the coddling. I get being professional but Young is the one responsible for where he is. The franchise needs to focus on the TEAM.

I think his ceiling is set so I wouldn’t want to trade for him. FA sure.

I count Benjamin as a hit, he just lost heart. I feel like WR takes such focus/competitiveness that guys get to this level and just don’t want to go against top DBs every play.

The talent level just isn’t high enough to evaluate the coach so it’s a chicken/egg situation on who to blame. It’s nbd to me if Evero stays or leaves but if he leaves you’ll have a pretty weak D with a new coordinator, maybe a new scheme, new players, and maybe some guys that won’t fit. The results will definitely be the same for a year or two. We’ve been so terrible I’m just thirsty for anything consistent. As long as Caneles is improving he can pick his own DC. I can see Evero leaving for that reason alone.

I think Evero is fine. If the defense is bottom of the barrel this year he might have to leave just for the sake of appearances but this is clearly not his fault. I’d like to see him with more talent. The defense is gutted, especially in the front 7. It’s just how it’s going to be this year. I don’t understand what people are expecting. It starts in trenches and I have no idea who is playing each week lol.

It would have to be a sign and trade scenario IMO. I’d be ok with it if Chuba wanted too much money. I’d rather keep him if the price is right. Good running backs seem so common until you don’t have one.

It really feels like they left a lot of yards on the table rushing wise. Ball control and lucky turnovers are the only way we win games unless the opponent is worse than we are.

I thought Wallace was going to bust but just watching him play it feels like he wants to be here.

I feel like Sanders really seeks contact and finishes his catches aggressively. I feel like he uses the sideline to catch defenders off guard a bit. He has a self confidence I really like.
