    Anybody who really became a fan around the 2000s had been spoiled the entire time. Fields, Morgan, Witherspoon, Davis, Beason, Luke, and Klein were all pretty huge.

    For whatever reason like PJ, I feel like we have a way better chance with him needing to come in for the starter. It’s a big change from a pocket guy to a more mobile QB. Also Rhule loves him to death.

    I hated John Fox never trying to find a QB but if we keep grabbing at every QB that hits the market we’re gonna suck for a long time.

    Absolutely. The stands at Fan Fest are louder than almost any game I’ve been to. When you actually let people in that care it really makes a difference.

    Based on my armchair QB education, you always run right at a speedy defense. If the personnel is there it seems to work.

    I’ve read the “dodged a bullet” comment a few times and I feel like it just doesn’t fit. We tried really hard to get shot even though fans and media alike knew it was a terrible idea. Then the bullet dodged us.

    I guess you gotta take a shot but I worry about all these moves and consistently having a lot of dead money on the cap + losing draft picks. This has never felt organized.
