I’d structure contracts to get them off the books as soon as possible and make those players a lot more attractive trade targets to other teams. Acquire draft capital and plan heavily for the future. Trade down and for the future until the cap is healthy. Draft the best guys you can find from the top colleges in the area for some local color. Bring in interesting players like Obada again. Be fun. That’s my tank plan. We’ve needed to tank since Cam’s arm was shot.

I kind of feel like he’s letting his financials get situated before he focuses on football again. I think a lot of “the process” he talks about is mostly getting his sports/entertainment biz established. losing NFL franchises still appreciate in value and make money, he doesn’t really care about winning.

Gonna go to the grocery store and get some reserve fresh water for light storm prep. Patch some cracks in the driveway. Then maybe visit family. I might show my nephew some football.

In my experience as a fan I’ve never seen run defense improve in a season or over a season(outside of the 2006 Colts in the playoffs). No matter the team they all want to run the ball and exploit you where possible. I just don’t see any d linemen getting heavier, stronger, or quicker very fast. Snow’s scheme doesn’t seem that flexible to put more bodies on the line.

I still can’t get over how they blew the lead AND almost got a delay of game lol, what a disgrace.

If we had won the Browns game it would have felt like this giants game. Victory snatched from the jaws of terrible coaching.

Yeah, we put ourselves in positions to lose but you have to wonder if the refs have an interest to determine the outcomes. Organized crime, gambling addiction, or maybe the NFL wants the browns in the playoff hunt.
