  1. If someone's biggest wish is Robert Saleh, I wouldn't think they were crazy.
  2. I wouldn't say that we're ruined yet. Today was a bad loss (admittedly worse than usual due to the score), but who among us would've bet money that we would've won today with so many people out? Don't let today's showing affect your overall mindset. All is hopefully not lost, as there's still the possibility that we could become consistently competitive next season. We will be ruined if we have another meh draft. We need some obvious hits.
  3. The KISS approach would've been to draft Ladd. He was the more proven talent, albeit with a little bit of an injury history.
  4. Perhaps, but there were more than a few who said that his potential was super high as an MLB. It was really the off-field questions that held him back a little bit. But, even if I concede that you're 100 percent right, the more KISS approach would've been to not overthink it and pick Surtain.
  5. We're like 5 or something now. I'm just saying that Mason Graham and Tetairoa McMillan have to be in the discussion. Your wishlist is easily adoptable though. 2024 flew by. It seems like we were just discussing the draft. The FO may have shanked that one, but hope springs eternal.
  6. I mean, I hear ya about the top of the draft, but we just have to go BPA. That may not be a pass rusher...
  7. Ladd has arguably been the best rookie receiver this season. He was drafted in the second round. fug, when was Parsons drafted, and who did we pick? Don't tell me that four or five draft spots is a reason to fail at drafting.
  8. I'm never ever going to be mad about a win. If an FO can't make a team better because they slid a few spots regarding draft position, then they don't need to be in the NFL. There are just too many talented players every draft to miss (unless you just are clueless), and we need whatever talented new personnel that we can get.
  9. Yeah, I liked Legette, not gonna lie, but I think that I'd have had a hard time passing up Ladd. Go Dawgs!
  10. And I'm having discussions to get a custom gold and moissanite ring made that will likely cost me a stack. I'm either a very dedicated fan or a fool.
  11. Crank that rack, you're killing me. He would've gone well with Bryce too.
  12. Well, all the tankers should be happy. Getting blown out always leaves a sour taste in my mouth...always.
  13. I mean, I hear you, but if Tet McMillan is on the board when we pick, there has to be a discussion. Same with Mason Graham even more so (especially if we get closer to pick 4).
  14. All that hype Piniero was getting about being the most accurate in history. It went to his head and not his leg.
  15. Not quite the same, but I get your point. Bryce hit Thielen in stride. I think Thielen is a better fit for Bryce's arm talent.
  16. If Bryce gets it down field far enough, like he was supposed to, then Legette makes the catch...maybe.
  17. I knew they were going to blame that on Legette which is nonsensical.
  18. No, I said you're right about "hating" him and being a Panthers fan. I also understand your skepticism. But as for me, I can't say just because it has been this way, means that it's going to continue being that way. There are different people at the helm making the decisions, and changes have been made in the scouting department, and not just on the pro side. We aren't a stagnant FO.
  19. I don't see it as a tracking issue, I see it as a hands issue and chemistry issue. He jumps for no reason at times even on shorter passes. Tracking was never an issue for Legette, and I don't believe that it is now. We'll see if your "deeply flawed" characterization of Legette---and it's not the first time that you've used the term---holds water through 2025. I say it's hands and chemistry. Work on those, and he'll be fine.
