The two things he greatly improved at the NFL level were his accuracy on the run and learning he didn't have to take the deep shot every play. That said when taking a massive boom or bust athlete at QB the most important thing is their work ethic/coachability/desire to improve

Im specifically referring to the offe side line nothing about BY. I think his oline drama is very knee jerk.... especially in the pre season with scripted calls and nothing situational.
