The offensive line performance is the biggest indicator that Sunday wasn't a fluke.... it's the driving force of an offense.

Ickey is just downright dominate right now..... Crazy how your tackles look so much better without a rotating interior of scap heap players

#1 rated in pass protection through tree games, MASSIVLY improved, Money well spent and as it turns out Corbett can play center! As they say THE GAME IS WON IN THE TRENCHES.... personality I've always felt the offensive line is the most important unit on any team, (even a great defensive line can only expect to pressure a QB get a tfl ex 1 out of 3 snaps) A great line makes your QB your WRs and your RBs better. This may honestly be the most talented panthers line ever.

Best and worst PFF grades from Panthers' Week 3 win

Ickey our "weak link" -
I swear at this point most of these people love misery.... they also can't seem to disassociate the Bryce disaster from the fact that those of us watching the details saw the rest of the offense was producing week 1 and 2 the midget just couldn't get anyone the ball.
-
Pretty sure we already knew that.... seeing as they were 0-2 with a loss to the enimic Patriots.. They are 0-3 for a reasonm

No doubt although I trust Horn to slow down Chase.. . I like our chances agaist this defense of dropping 35+
-
Their defense is a we paper bag..... the Bengals haven't been squat and tbh I trust Jaycee on Chase.
-
Won't matter their defense can't stop anything. Also they lost two more o line tonight.... like I said bet, I got $100 on the Panthers you offering +215 like the sportsbooks?
-
Mac Jones lol lol lol
-
The same raiders team that just beat the Ravens... Bet
-
And our offensive line is way better than Washingtons i like our chances next week betting now while we are still heavy dogs.
-
They lost their RT to a likely ACL tear tonight too
-
The Bengals do not look great probably just lost their RT to a torn acl too
-
And you don't "know his assignment"
-
Chuba lacks the top end speed to be truly dynamic but literally everything else about his game is fantastic at this point... The difference between his rookie year and now is night and day.... Tough hard nosed runner who is more slippery than you think good hands good vision good blocker.
-
The difference is Canales actually has a process..... God it was so cringe when Rhule used to say it
-
Agree to disagree, if this is a run he's coming across to lead block between the tackle and guard, and Mingo isn't releasing him.... regardless of assignment this is an awareness issue if he blocks the inside rusher Dalton easily has anther 2 seconds and a little hitch step up the outside rusher is 10+ yards from the QB he's not making a sack there.

Carolina Panthers @ Las Vegas Raiders Gameday Thread
PantherChris replied to Montsta's topic in Carolina Panthers
The #1 pass defense is smoke and mirrors that always happens when you can't stop the run. They lost to the pats already. Really wouldn't be surprised to see the upset here and I'm confident they cover the spread. Will all come down to how much we can slow down Burrow because I suspect we will be able to move the ball at will. -
Also it should be noted as of right now our offensive line is ranked #1 in pass blocking efficiency.
-
Yep I think the unemotioned aspect so far that you missed is this is a play action pass and it certainly looks to be designed to show Ickey blocking down to sell the run fake initially.... the fact that Mingo blocked the outside man also shows this.... JT should have been responsible for the inside man.

The bad part is the PA worked and sucked the LBs in only 3 routes and two guys with no one within 8 yards
