25 years of watching? edit: just to clarify I'm not saying its a for sure loss. We've been guilty of playing down to the level of our opponents in the past. Most egregiously to back ups.

I would assume that if the team wants to pay, then the city doesn’t get to raise food and beverage taxes to justify the public funds used on a Baseball stadium. Then again they could just be really bad at negotiating?

If you find yourself sitting in the Carolina Panthers QB room, you SHOULD be nervous. I’m not sure another team has a QB room that from top to bottom could be shuffled at random and be close to the actual opening day roster?

Far too reasonable to regret. You do not pay out of position. If he’s not Orlando Pace or Anthony Munoz, he doesn’t get that pay. Plus, RT... is not LT.

No arguments here. Spot on view. If we’re gonna look at Fields in Chicago and say they suck at finding QBs then it would make as much sense to say the same thing about NY. They haven’t had a QB since Namath. We snatched a young’un away from them before they could really mess him up. Maybe we caught a break? You're right tho, 2 years and we’ll know for certain.

This is why they call us "whine and cheese" fans. I get the feeling you probably tailgate in your khakis and boat shoes with your croakies and college team visor. Probably drinking miller or some other poo brew. Justing Fields may be good. He may suck. But each time Sam wins, you won't have to worry, this thread will get bumped for you.
