    A GM should be hired first. Then he and he alone should find his partner to coach the team. They need to be damn near symbiotic in their relationship. The GM will understand what the coach wants and should draft and sign accordingly. Not a single damn one of the aforementioned steps was followed by our poo org.

    A potent offense would make this defense near unstoppable. Teams having to pass and constantly playing from behind or trying to keep up would be a nightmare for QBs. IMO that is the key to unleashing this beast.

    Idk man. Guys like D-Jax don’t come along every day. He knows his teammates. That takes time and effort outside of football. Folks around here act like we can just let him go. His play might be more easily replaced than his overall impact on the team. And that won’t be simple. Hope we can keep him.

    There is still consideration given to the player’s choice. It may not be a great choice but if he really doesn’t want to go he can kill it.

    That’s not how sports work. It’s hard when you know the player personally. That’s just part of it. Players will get flamed regardless of relationship. I’m sure he’s a good dude. Fans gonna fan.

    Didn’t run it off, turned it off. Id rather it be a couple days late than see the team “brag about its success”. This team is like a shitty relative. You love them, but you’d also punch them in the face just ‘cause.
