Id start with the scouting and talent evaluators. If they work here now, they shouldn’t. Fire them all. Every one. Then I’d clean out the FO, President, VP, GM everyone. Then all the coaches. Then I’d hire an outside firm to come in and hire football people. Only then can you start to address the pathetic product being slopped on the field. And that will take time and the usual amount of luck.

I think you missed the point. Even with a terrible supporting cast and losing more than winning…. Cam would still give you plays where you see how special he is. Bryce has no special plays. His highlights are normal plays other guys make in their sleep.
