Opinions on who is at fault for Cam's departure??
L-TownCat replied to WOW!!'s topic in Carolina Panthers
No 1 side is fully to blame. If there is a culprit in all this it would either be Ego (not Igo), or Pride. Cam did not want to play for (not)Rivera. Was a Hurney pick, the unquestioned face of the franchise, and a loyal Jerry supporter. On the flip? Mind-numbingly obtuse, fat fingered, naïveté at Every. Single. LEVEL. From cocky coach, to hedge fund money dummy owner. -
If the Queen had balls she’d be the King. If a frog had wings he wouldn’t bump his ass every time he hops. If if’s and buts were candy and nuts, we’d all have a merry Christmas.

Why??? Why can’t we have nice things? Let me enjoy QB1’s return without hearing about this god awful fugging line for 2 seconds.

The moment the Panthers decided Cam would be called.

Y? Got some you don’t want?

If this team lets him walk AGAIN?!? I’m totally done. Take all my poo, my collection, almost 3 decades of jerseys all the way back to Frank Reich and up to JayCee. My photos, my autographs, my inaugural coin, my Death Valley ticket stubs, my sideline Gatorade cup from the ‘13 game in ATL when we won the division, the books, the cards, the programs. The last nearly 30 years of my life. Burn it.

I’m not sure if Cam has lost the zip on his throws? If not, Dan would not be catching them. Dan needs an accurate ball put where he can get it. Cam has and always has had shotgun accuracy matched with terminal velocity. I want Cam and CMC fuging people up at the LOS. “You been watching film, huh?” ”ok… watch this”

For the first time in my life and in Carolina Panthers history…
L-TownCat replied to Bronn's topic in Carolina Panthers
Without the silly talk and bubbly gushing like a school girl (which I am definitely guilty), OP is right. I don’t know how else to say it other than, I have an honest emotionally familial tie with Cam. Smitty too, but Cam was different. He affected not just my fanaticism of this team, but I care about the dude. Him coming home is great! It just comes with a burden of guilt, like I want to tell him I’m sorry. My QB is home and I feel like my dog died. However, I get the sense that my shame will turn to anger at the organization again for how they dumped him in the first place. -

From day 1 Cam was our short yardage back. Even with Tolbert and Stew. #1 did the dirt. No Stew, No Toldozer, no Superman? y CAiN’t wE sHOrT yARdAgE? -
Thoughtful, sensible and almost polite. Who are you and where is Fizz?

That one time Bruce Lee dab’d.
-
PJ will limp to the half delivering a ‘03 opener Rodney Peete style performance, Cam is trotted out to see if he can get the offense moving.
-
Morris is lucky that’s all he got.

I only wish it was something to comeback to.

Dead ass = “you serious, Clark?” bended knee = Boyz II Men ‘94
-
And he should thank his lucky stars that’s ALL he has to pay.
-
You know wut? We sign him, I’ll buy tickets. I was there for his first game, I’ll be there when he comes home.

The loudest that stadium will have been in years.
