Dane Brugler Mock Draft 1.0 (from The Athletic)
L-TownCat replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
We’re going to put a rookie behind this line? In a draft where we have 1 decent pick? We have zero positions filled on the line. Plug a vet back there until the line is fixed then pop on a rookie QB. -
Hey, Tepper, next time hire a grown up coach

Why tho? His buddies get to better their markets while he writes off all the profits. THIS is EXACTLY what he wanted. Congrats Carolina, you are now the new Detroit Lions. -
Rhule keeps trotting them back out there.

Feels like the football version of Bob Johnson and his "Bob"cats.

How does a team just keep getting worse and worse?

In a league where everyone is a specialist, it is disheartening to see players being used outside their natural position.

5 major factors blame for loss. Cat Crave

I’m not arguing he played well. Obviously that didn’t happen. What I’m suggesting is maybe our illustrious coaching staff didn’t need to put DJ on Terry 1v1? And when they doubled Terry they used Shaq and Chinn? If they picked on DJ it’s because Rivera knew of a weakness that our staff is apparently oblivious to because they never figured it out. -
86 million dollars, and a 2nd and 4th round pick...
L-TownCat replied to Proudiddy's topic in Carolina Panthers
I was afraid I’d disagree with this post. Avoided it for a while. Now that I’m here, yep. Nailed it Diddy. Cam did more than enough to win and Rhule fugged it up. -
Hahahaha… you new? You can’t solve a problem for a future season?! You can only point it out over and over, complain about the issue, blame our shortcomings on it, and roll the same thing out on the field next year. What? You think we’re out here trying?? Lol!

This has always been a problem. Players have called this behavior out every few seasons. Country club mentality. Day spa football. Thats our product.

I’m all for letting a talented guy learn on the job. Rivera was a rookie HC. Fox was a rookie HC. Rhule has not panned out as advertised. Not saying he’s at fault, you just never know til you try. He tried, now we know. Lets move on. PS: Our last retread was G. Seifert. *He went 1-15. Don’t know if y’all remembered that or not?

These same media types were so condescending and dismissive of everything he did, now he’s the media darling? Strange…. Very strange.
