The thing is, who are you going to get to come to Carolina? Who really wants to play for this organization after what they’ve seen with David Tepper as the owner? No coach would want to be the head coach for this organization. Let’s face it, we are not a destination franchise.

My honest hopes are that we draft OL and defense this upcoming draft. Us cap to fill in the gaps. Come draft 2026 we are drafting Nico Iamaleava. No QBs 2025 unless later rounds or undrafted.

We could just go with the Dave Gettleman and draft “Hog Mollies”. Thick boys to the front of the line.

Got to build in the trenches first. Yes, we signed two OGs this last off season, but you have to continue building off that. Then the DL is trash, minus Brown, but he’ll be coming back off injury. We pretty much run nickel defense, so look towards running 4-3/ 4-2-5 defense next season and drop EE as coordinator. Seek out a young inspiring D-Coordinator from competitive defenses across the league or a coordinator from college ranks. It’s going to take time, but cutting expiring contacts or trading them can free cap to expedite the process. Just got to let Morgan try.
