I think it expires on the 14th

Jets are gonna Jets.

I think Morgan showed us last year he’s not afraid to move around in the draft. Now what this could like, no idea. Move up in the 2nd, trade down in the 1st and get another 2nd rounder…not sure, but it’s not out of the realm of speculation.

Hot take incoming, hire Jerod Mayo for EE’s staff next year as an inside linebackers coach like he was for the Patriots under Belichick.
-
Both are projected 2nd round Grant maybe bottom of the 1st. Grant was on that Michigan Dline with Graham. Kenneth Grant- 6’3” 339 lbs Deone Walker- 6’6” 344 lbs Another interesting name for potential Day 2 pick Landon Jackson Arkansas, DL/Edge 6’ 7” 280 lbs. We will have options if we miss out on Graham.
-
Don’t reach. Get BPA on the board and get outta round 1 with an immediate starter. There are space eaters (DL) in round 2, Deone Walker and Kenneth Grant.

Dan Morgan should pick every defensive player he wants in this upcoming draft. Then they should tell EE to go ahead and orchestrate his defense according to the players we drafted him we need to get the players that we want for this team because there’s no insurance that EE is going to be with us long-term.

I like Brashard Smith out of SMU. Started his collegiate career as a receiver and broke onto the scene this year as a running back for SMU. There’s good write ups on him on the Google Machine. Projected anywhere from 4-6 round in the draft. Just feel like we need that receiver out the back field for BY and maybe implement some jet sweeps for a change of pace. Don’t get me wrong, I love a power back, but this team is lacking players with speed and players that have an extra gear to pull away from defenders.

I think we need a pass catching back to pair with Chuba or our own Deebo
-
I think what the idea was to leave the corners on an island and let the defensive backfield work and that buys time for the pass rush to get home.
-
Pay that man his money.

Warren also runs the ball and passes at times. Could help us get over our redzone woes. Over all weapon. I don’t disagree with you though.
-
Walker and Grant are the beef we need at NT, but Walker being the larger prospect.
-
Tyler Warren is my new found draft crush. We don’t reach for him at 6 in the draft, but could there be a scenario where we trade back and acquire draft capital and land within the range he’s at…

We Need More Pacific Islanders on this Team

At #1? I would think they would get Travis Hunter. -

Arizona receiver Tetairoa McMillan named 2024 Polynesian College Football Player of the Year. Theirs our player you are talking about. Game over, the end. -

So, Big Board out your top Pacific Islanders you want to bring in next year. Not even sure how many are coming out in next year’s draft. -
Based off the last half the season and what we’ve been shown, is that we can be competitive. With the way our Division is, I think we can compete for the top with Tampa and Atlanta. So let’s say for me, contend for Division Title.

Kris Richard is one to watch as well. He and Canales both grew up with the Seahawks from 2010-2017 together opposite sides of the ball. In that same exact time frame, Morgan grew as a young executive. So these guys know each other for at least 7 years. Keep an eye out.

I don believe Evero’s contract is up at the end of the year…so we don’t have worry bout firing him.

Just like the Chubba Missile Crisis. These guys are getting some unique nicknames. -
I think the key is to draft BPA in whatever position we are going to be in. It would be nice to win out even if it is meaningless. It will allow us to know what winning feels like and let that roll over into next season. We lost close games to good teams, but that experience for these players and coaches. It’s creating culture and experience for this team and develops a winning mentality and not a tanking mind set. Needless to say the draft is deep on defense, maybe not top end talent, but enough talent to be day 1 starters to develop into top end talent.

Looks like we need a new strength and conditioning coach

Need a true nose tackle, and we have never had that in this 3-4
