  1. I paid my own way. Also ASU was my first choice as well. I would have been a freshman Barry bonds Sr yr. I would consider community college first to cover core classes. Jase is right about student loan debt. Not worth it.
  2. For those that have had the flu do any of you eat yogurt? Im curious on who/where and how on the flu.

  6. I dont understand why cities like buffalo dont have some roads or bridges heated like some in Norway have? Doesn't have to be the entire city but key roads here and there.
  7. Take a b12. No multi. Go no booze m-w or thrs. Or just only drink on the wkds or very special occasions. Cat is right about cardio. Do any of the current dvd's that do muscle confusion. Also and this is for others. Don't focus on weight per se but rather have a goal of how often you will do something or how often you won't eat or drink something. The lifestyle will take care of itself. You can always gain weight thru muscle gain but look fitter.
  8. You might be canablizing yourself. Up a little carbs or food intake and dial down the running a tad. I remember years ago Karl Malone hit a wall health wise and it was because his cardio training was insane. So his body kept looking for fat and couldn't find it and then he fot super fatigued. Balance my brotha.
  9. Make sure vitamins are NON oxidized. Better to absorb and doesn't hurt your stomach. I also learned this from a trainer of Laird Hamilton's. No vitamins etc on the wkd. The idea is to get your body to search or crave them.

  12. Possible tip to help your knees. Wear inserts in your shoes to get better balance and relieve pressure on your knees and maybe wear a chopate for your knee. Its that strip device guys wear on the knee in sports. But wear it during the day to strengthen your tendons around the platella. Also maybe run on grass more than concrete.   16. Are you guys incorporating down time here and there? That has kept me fresh and not bored/burned out. I rotate this intense cardio. One week twice a week and the other three days. 30 secs of intense cardio and 30 secs rest for 30 mins and done. Use 10-20 lbs dumbbells. Soccer 1 a week and walk for 3-4 miles on non cardio days. Will play soccer and hoops the same week on my off weeks. I could stand to do more chin ups. If I get back to high school soccer shape look out.
