NFL says Pats guilty, and Brady knew
tiger7_88 replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers
You do realize that Brady's stats in the 2nd half of the AFC title game, AFTER the refs had fixed the inflation of the footballs, were better than his stats in the 1st half, right? Right? -
There's nothing dignified about graduations these days anyway. Its all a big "who can make the most ridiculous noises for their own kid and drown out the kids name behind yours" contest. I enjoyed my son graduatiNG. His graduatiON was just a pain in the ass and a ridiculous show. My son's commissioning ceremony that day? Now THAT was a classy, dignified ceremony. Proud families with actual respect for ALL the newly-commissioned officers, their families, and the ceremony. Frankly, Cam, there's absolutely NOTHING your presence there could do to make it any worse than it already is.

1. I don't think Bellicheat or Kraft knew anything about it. Nevertheless, the organization and its leaders are overall RESPONSIBLE. The Patriots need to lose draft picks for violations of the rules and integrity of the game. 2. Tom Brady is LIKELY being dishonest about this whole thing. Brady needs to be suspended anywhere from half to a full season for violations of the rules and integrity of the game AND for lying to the league. 3. The Patriots equipment manager and the Officials locker room manager should be fired. 4. In the end, I think all QBs do it... some use more pressure, some less, but they ALL like the pressure to be manipulated to their preference. Even Andrew "The Football Deity" Luck. The Colts are a team of whiny bitches. And you were NEVER gonna win that game, Colts fans. The Patriots were better than you. Get the hell over it. -
Oh look! Straw!

But dat "leadership" doe.

That'll be tough as long as Ron and Mike continue with the "Pound the ball 1st down, pound the ball 2nd down, pound the ball 3rd down, kick FG" philosophy when they get inside the 5-yard line. Other QBs get the opportunity to throw the ball in those situations in this league. Cam gets to hand it off. Kinda hard to run up your TD numbers when your coaches are fine with kicking FGs.

after draft/FA, which NFC South team is our main competition

I prefer to think of it as Winston to Norman/Benikwere. -
Josh Robinson, my new favorite prospect for Day 3

For once I agree with Top Dawg (though I am extremely biased ). Artis-Payne is faster and was a more productive running back in the same conference. -

Guess we should just give up then. -

http://walterfootball.com/offseason2015car.php Amazing how an amateur site picks up on why Thompson was drafted instantly, whereas "expert analysts" like Prisco are puzzled. -

Prisco and PU are against the pick? SUPERB OWL! -

Oh, and I find it hiarious to see that just because Prisco doesn't comprehend what position Thompson is going to play, he seems to think former Pro Bowl LB Ron Rivera and top-notch DC Sean McDermott will also have that same problem. lol -

Prisco hated the Benjamin pick. Prisco hated the Kuechly pick. Prisco hated the Newton pick. The more things change, the more things stay the same. -

So the Rams obviously don't give a poo about blocking or throwing the ball. -
I like all these picks, but I want an OT badly. Would use one of the 3rd-5th picks on Havenstein or one of the Oklahoma OTs.
