When your finger is pointed at yourself and yourself only, THAT is personal responsibility. When you place your name among a list of other names and declare “WE are all responsible”, I’m sorry, just… no. In no way, shape, or form is that taking PERSONAL responsibility. Its exactly what I said before, its an effort to hide yourself in a group because you’re SCARED of personal responsibility. Here’s what Sam needs to do… he needs to closely examine his protective Blame List and ask himself “of the players on this Blame List, whose performance can I directly affect, change, and improve?” Then he needs to pare his list down to that player and that player alone. THAT is “personal responsibility”.

hahahaha :)) I noted in the game thread yesterday that the offense got the ball with all their timeouts, with 4 minutes left on the clock at the 23 yard line. When the clock went below 1:00 the offense was at the 41. The offense had gained only 18 yards in just over 3 minutes while the clock was ticking away, lol. So I’m not surprised AT ALL that Fhule chose to wing it on a poorly executed (like everything else on this team) hook-and-lateral.

A top-to-bottom cleaning and scrubbing was due for this organization in 2018, but Chubby Tepper didn’t have the “brass balls” to it. And he’s continued to half-ass it with half-measures ever since making everything worse and worse.

Cam doesn’t play scared. That’s not to say he’s played WELL behind this OL, but he sure as hell don’t play SCARED. Dude has always been a warrior playing behind the crap OL’s this organization has constantly trotted out in front of fun him and he has paid for it in the currency of blood, injuries, and concussions.

Ever notice when a weak person is particularly bad at their job, they always turn to the failure of their group or team for camouflage and defense?
