    If it’s in his contract, there’s only one way of “taking away” that roster control. And considering how invested Chubby Tepper seems to be in Rhule, do you really have much doubt at this point that said roster control is contractual?

    It’s not rocket science how to build a team at ANY level…. from the inside (OL/DL) out. Its pretty much the cornerstone truism of football. You can win with average edge play if your lines are solid. But if your lines suck? You WILL lose more often than you win.
