I just posted a vid from Greg Cosell talking about Mills and he said he wish he stayed one more year but also said he has good intangibles and traits, that he will have to be coached up a lot. Sounds like something worth taking a look at by this staff.

I really enjoy hearing his analysis because it is all based on the TAPE and I take his views very solidly. If you enjoy QB talk, listen to this. Also listen to what he says about the lower prospects Davis Mills and Fields. Also the Comparison of each QB. Really good stuff. If this was already posted lock it up mods.

it's a sellers market. There's no point of sending extra 1sts for the scraps of this QB class. Ride with Teddy, build this team for that Franchise QB. Trade out of that 8 spot unless that 4th QB drops to 8. If not trade back, get picks and capital for a future move to get that QB. Like the Dolphins right now are set. Have multiple 1sts. Yeah, mediocrity could be here for a full year again, but things could get better WITH teddy, but keep in mind that he's not the answer. Have that throne built for the future king. Get Tackles, build the defense and the lines. For gods sake get a fuging CB too.

It would be nice to know HOW that's going to happen seeing as the first 3 picks are QB's. ATL might get a QB or trade to another team that's not guaranteed to be Carolina. I can't remember a draft being so exciting in recent years.

So my theory is correct, we'd get the one that isn't picked at #8. Unless someone trades up, like the broncos.

The thing is that there are a couple of teams that will be looking for a tackle before the Panthers pick. Literally the Bengals need a T. The only options on the table right now, realistic ones, is Stay at 8 and ride with Teddy until next year. Call the Jets and see what they want for that #2 pick to take Wilson. Pick whatever QB is left at 8 and deal Teddy away for a bag of chips. Literally the only options that they have at the moment. Personally, call the Jets, see what they want. If it's too much, stay at 8 and draft BPA.

I believe he can, the only concerns are th 4th pick that is ATL's. Every one else after that has some really really dire needs at key positions that have the chance to get the pick of the litter so to speak, and I don't believe they will actually be willing to move from there unless the QB desperate team throws something they simply can't reject. Honestly, If ATL doesn't move and picks something other than a QB. I'd want Fit to call the Bengals immediately and secure the bag, moving up 3 spots shouldn't break the draft bank and that would secure either Fields or Lance, whomever the 49ers don't pick essentially.

1. QB Lawrence 2. QB Wilson 3. QB Lance/Fields. Depends on the 49ers tastes and what Shanahan wants. This means the QB that's left will be picked by the Panthers *Possibly*. 4. Falcons aren't gonna get a QB, they have one and need help in other spots. 5. Bengals have A QB as well, more than likely a player to protect their Franchise QB. 6. Dolphins are committed to Tua. Probably eyeing weapon for Tua. 7. Lions, they have Goff, they aren't getting a QB. Not sure of their needs. 8. QB...Who ever was not picked by the 49ers So you're looking at Lance/Fields. I believe it will be Fields. Another possibility would be that the Falcons could trade out, not to us obviously to a team that needs a QB. I'm looking at the Broncos. here. I think they stay put and get a player, unless it's a really good trade. Dolphins are not moving out of that. Bengals are not going to move from there either because they need a Tackle and more than likely will get the top tackle. The Lions need weapons for Goff as well, Galloway and Marvin Jones left. SO really they have nothing. So my prediction, Panthers get lucky and get Either Lance or Fields. *speculation to the max, I know, but it is a possibility.*
