    yup first one. Have run some 10ks but never thought I'd be able to do this and to be honest I have all the speed of a household appliance but I can run slow for a few hours. Marathon will be on the grounds of Biltmore estate so it ought to be a blast. Going to run it with one of my daughters who lives near Asheville. Not bad for a 56 year old former fat guy who still smokes about a 1/2 pack a day

    running 20-25 miles a week right now with a long run of 10 miles yesterday. Upping my mileage every week. Going to run the Asheville marathon the first week of march so been at this since October just doing the best I can

    my fishing lures come with fuses. They work pretty damn well as long as you cast away from the boat
