If Denver can't land Rodgers, I'm not sure even Hackett's creativity will be enough in a division with Herbert and Mahomes.

For Ryan Poles, who came from KCC, to not even request EB interview for the Chicago job seems really strange.

In 2022, every team in the NFC South will play three of the four teams playing in the Conference Championships (LAR, SFO, CIN). The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will play all four. The NFC South teams will have say least 5 games against 2021 playoff teams (add ARZ, PIT). Tampa will have 6 as they play KC. The rest of the South has 7 as they will play TBB twice.

I thought they would go offense to build around Fields. The OC hire will be key. Indy D blew several double digit leads under Eberflus. I see too many parallels to Ron.

Adams, Sutton, Jeudy, Fant, and Jevante Williams is a nice set of weapons for Rodgers to go battle Mahomes for the AFC West.

I think the "best weekend ever" stuff is some combination of recency bias and being a prisoner of the moment. We got four highly entertaining games. I'm glad I got to enjoy them. That's enough for me.

The guys on FSR this morning were talking about Quinn going after Getsy as his OC for similar reasons, if Quinn got the job in Denver.

I just don't see anyway to convince him we aren't the exact type of rebuild he says he wants no part of. He wants to go to a contender. -
Aaron wants no part of a rebuild at this stage of his career.

Keep an eye on DeMeco Ryans. If he gets a HC gig, he might try to get McDaniel to join him. Although, it's looking more like next season for Ryans. He's certainly raised his profile tonight.

Are you sure about that? The Bengals had the number one pick in the 2020 NFL draft. They are in the AFC Championship game. Someone needs to tell our owner it doesn't take five years to turn around an NFL franchise.
