  1. There have have a lot of stats with these arbitrary qualifiers thrown around lately. The national media loves to use them when Brady does something.
  2. Riech picked a pretty good DC in Eberflus, but he's a little busy right now. Our resident expert on coaching connections is @Mr. Scot. He might know some names Reich could bring in on the defensive side and if Reich would have someone he might prefer over Campen and Tabor. Personally, I'd like to see us retain Campen and Tabor regardless of who the new HC is.
  3. "Pro bowl" is also fairly derided each year as not that great of a metric with obvious snubs and obvious players making it who shouldn't.
  4. He is, but given their relative play styles it wouldn't shock me if Burrow end up playing longer, though Burrow has taken a metric ton of sacks already. At 25, Jackson should have at least 3-4 good years in him. I'd get on board for a run/window.
  5. Schneider was the guy who was all in on Russ during the draft process. Fitterer was initially skeptical, as I'm sure many scouts were. He came around on Russ, and the pick worked out so that may have altered his thinking. There was an article posted on here during the off-season that detailed the process with quotes from Fitterer himself. As for Young, I really want to see his true Combine measurements.
  6. Not that anyone cares, but I put on my social media that we would regret passing on Fields on April 29, 2021.
  7. Please note the Huddle will only apply this logic to moves that are questionable. Any move generally considered to be a good one will be attributed to Fitterer.
  8. Wait until after the bowl games. If one or more of these guys looks great, recency bias will take over and they will be a can't miss prospect.
  9. Jeff Saturday named interim coach.
  10. Did Dodds pull out because he didn't like our "structure" (Rhule final roster control)?
  11. What experience does he have developing a rookie? Indy seemed to prefer the vet approach during his tenure. I think I'd still prefer someone from the Shanahan tree.
  12. Wasn't Pasqualoni getting some credit earlier this year for Brown's development?
  13. Does the person with full roster control pick the players or not?
  14. We've heard how much a micro manager Rhule was. He was involved in everything.
  15. Rhule drafted him. He had roster control. If Rhule gives Fitt a free pass for the bad moves, he doesn't get credit for the good ones.
  16. This is part of the reason you want your GM and coach on the same "clock".
  17. Tannehill is inactive. I'd say , yes, it'll be Willis tonight.
  18. We were offered a 2023 2nd rounder. See above.
  19. False. We WERE offered a 2023 2nd rounder.
  20. I think we had a better balance of RB touches the week before with Chuba. I'm not sure if the staff didn't trust Brown as much or just wasn't happy with Brown's production and protection so they kept riding Foreman.
  21. Thing about it is, Newton wasn't seen as a sure-fire, slam dunk pick going into that draft.
