As I said last year, yes, you can win with this formula, but it's much harder and leaves little room for error. One or two bad calls by the refs and your 17-13 win becomes a 21-17 loss. At some point, you're gonna face a Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Herbert type of QB that you'll have to put up 24+ points to have a chance. Run, run, pass, punt, won't get you there.

Charleston seems like much more of a college sports town, but I see some Panthers stuff from time to time (though less so lately). I'm sure if we start winning again, they'll be more support throughout both states. I don't generally go to a sports bar to watch the game, I just watch at home.

They don't want cut Baker because then Baker could go to Pittsburgh. In that scenario, he might beat out Trubisky. Cleveland would have to face him twice a year. It's one thing for Baker to recover and do well with a team in another conference. It's another thing if he's balling out for one of your biggest rivals. I don't think Cleveland would care if Darnold signed with Pittsburgh after they cut him.
