  1. We were going to be talking about this for the next six months...
  2. We had a coach on the hot seat. A coach with a definite lack of NFL connections. That's not a great situation to come to.
  3. He came up through college scouting. He's got over 20 years experience. That's what I meant.
  4. I don't think that's an accurate statement. 2022 5-7 rounders - all but one made the roster. DE Amaré Barno was cut, but is now on the Dolphins practice squad. 2021 5-7 rounders - all but one made the roster in their rookie year. LS Thomas Fletcher was placed on IR.
  5. With Fitterer in control now, and given his excellent pedigree in college scouting, I would think a choice of one of the top 200 players coming out of college would be something we'd like to have.
  6. It would feel like when the Bills hired Rex Ryan to me.
  7. I mean Gruden put Tampa's first ever trophy in the case. If Payton could put our first ever trophy in the case, it would absolutely be worth it.
  8. I know he's not on your list yet, but I'm still intrigued by Mike Lafluer.
  9. I was on the fence, but you've made some compelling arguments that we should trade CMC to the highest bidder. I'm on board.
  10. It'll be PJ and we'll elevate Jacob Eason for game days. If PJ gets hurt, we'll be calling guys off the couch.
  11. Alot of #MondayNightMiracles tonight. 26.5 points in fantasy. 33.5 in PPR.
  12. Imagine if LA decided to dump Staley after this year. That's the unicorn job.
  13. 2015. No one was better than Cam.
  14. He left Sunday's game with an injury. I haven't heard how serious. He might be starting to get the injury prone label.
  15. This times 1000. My only regret is I can only pie this one time. If I could, I would give you all the pie.
  16. I've heard from a former employee that the Panthers are no better than third on his priorities behind his investment company and the soccer team.
  17. Which, to his credit, Payton pushed back on because the situation of team with a QB having an opening is so rare. It's part of why I think LA(C) would interest Payton so much if it becomes available.
  18. But Wilks has PJ "Never lost" Walker to start his first game as interim coach.
  19. Mike Lafluer. He got production out of the ghost of Joe Flacco and UDFA Mike White. He's gaining invaluable experience in grooming a rookie QB. He runs that Shanahan/McVay offense. For recency bias, his offense just hung 40 on the Dolphins.
  20. We don't. But I'm not sure why you think Fitterer doing guarantees he gets right. He has no experience leading a head coach search. He's never even been close to one. Fitterer came from an organization [Seattle] that hasn't conducted a coaching search in twelve years. When Seattle hired Carrol (a college coach), Fitts was an area scout.
