Kyle Bailey says Tepper isnt happy, wants changes now.
CPF4LIFE replied to CPF4LIFE's topic in Carolina Panthers
I have always been on the OG train for Ickey if OT doesn't work out. Thats why i was cool with that pick the most because he definitely had more flaws compared to the other Tackles just the highest ceiling. -

If Frank walks away the writing is clear on the wall about the situation with who made the decision on the qb selection. Lol -

So what was he supposed to do according to you....draft a potential bust with the number 1 pick? That would have made you happy? Yes, he made bad trades but so does every OTHER GM. You think niners happy about giving up 3 first for lance even tho they are still a good team? They bounce back because of purdy if not they wouldbe up.shot creek. Just like Hurney traded for olsen in the same year and drafted Luke the next year which made the team relevant for atleast the next 8 years. The RBs were paid because back then because running the ball was still a staple offense. Hell, we drafted Stewart when we still had D Will and running it actually worked until delhomme fizzled out. The teams identity was run ball and play defense. Atleast the FO stuck to a formula back then while this new one still cant figure poo out. -

Might as well add players to that as well, you think they cant see whats going on? Thats why its funny seeing people push for a premium receiver when the guy you get may not be a happy camper if isnt getting the ball. Look at chase with the bengals already calling out his college qb. You think a guy like that is gonna be patient with Bryce?? Lol...okay -

I honestly wouldn't care. Frank was a iffy hire from the start and with him being a OC and QB guru they should have got the guy he felt the most comfortable with. I said this back on draft time, we needed a QB and you dont listen to the guy you specifically brought in to help fix that position allegedly? Makes no sense, disaster waiting to happen. -

And the talk about Reich not wanting Bryce is heating up. Kyle says if thats the case then its a big question why Reich was even hired in the first place which makes sense. -
Was in my car listening to the radio and Kyle Bailey says he has been talking with people in the building and Tepper isn't happy, damn near furious about how the season has gone. Pretty much wants improvement asap or else. Take that how you want it. Didn't see it already posted.

The impressive throw you wanted from Bryce

This why the gm coach pair is so important. Hiring one then hiring the other later is recipe for disaster. -

Still posting Bryce's college highlights in general after 3 games into his struggling pro career is not the flex you think is nor does it signify what he can accomplish currently in the pros as its in the past. You rarely see anybody even resort to this once a player gets in the league which means you are just grasping for anything. Im not the one that needs to be better, bryce does. -

If stroud or Richardson makes that throw nobody is overhyping it like yall did. Theilen got wide open in single coverage against backups and bryce looked him down the whole way. It wasnt a nasty throw, it was a throw a number 1 pick should make with little difficulty. Thats the point. An that was the last play of a underwhelming pre season that got chalked up to "not opening up the playbook". Now here we are. -
They cant hear you in the back. Speak louder.

Listen...the playcalling isnt great but that IS NOT GOING TO FIX this kids issues alone. I could understand if that was the only thing but that doesn't change the fact that he is still either missing guys or just not seeing them when they are open. I counted a couple times he missed theilen or didnt see him the other day. The play circling social media right now where he misses theilen on a double move for a TD is a prime example. Thats been just as consistent as the playcalling, and when you combine that with the careless turnovers you cant put that on frank like you want. Im not trying to defend frank, but dalton playing well on his watch and bryce struggling did not help bryce case. I think the accountability should even out and i stand on that just like i have everything else since the draft. You can keep the delusion up if you want, im not the one here making excuses, throwing blame, and being resentful about things i Said months later. Everything is played out based off my assessments back then so it is what is. You can Do or say what you feel, i will continue to watch the games and see the reality in front of me.
