I dont see anybody crashing out, YOU brought up walker not doing anything in pre season more than one occasion now and at the same time have said good pre season performances by rookies shouldn't matter. so I'm just understanding the thinking of how this justifies us picking tet over him right now when neither one has played regular season down yet. For the record, I never thought tet was a bad pick overall, I just thought the defense was way more of a pressing need at the time. Whether walker is good or tet is the piece to turn offense around as a whole remains to be seen. Both things are questionable right now.

Lol...hardly any rookie is gonna get playing time against starters in the pre season. So I guess there is nothing to evaluate for respective teams right? Makes sense i guess. Lol

Let me give a quick breakdown...EVERY rookie is gonna be playing mostly against 2nd and 3rd stringers the next 3 weeks so by default we shouldn't be taking anything seriously for any of them right? Cool...my thing is and this is just me...there is only ONE player I have consistently heard since the draft from people with voices that said he is NOT and nfl player at ALL and that's shedeur. So now you can better understand why people are celebrating his performance because thats how low he has been buried and people have had to hear it for months, its no different than the people being annoyed by the sanders hype since they got to Colorado. Also for a 5th round pick that was "lucky to be drafted"...to do what he did it should be fair to expect the guys drafted in front him to do better shouldn't it? Im just saying...

Yes....While this is fair and true. I think you can say the same thing for the mannings and any other player who has had a father in the league. They all grew up in the environment watching their dads, got better training, and mentorship to prepare them to get to the pros. And at same time it doesn't guarantee anything for a lot of them. A lot of them dont get drafted high, not drafted at all, and lastly never even play a real down. Thats why the narrative from certain folks that shedeur hasn't put in any real work to get this far on his own just completely has no basis. The same goes for other players, all that stuff above only helps you so much.

He played TWO series against are starters, shedeur a ROOKIE in his First game of his career was always gonna play majority of the game while our EXPERIENCED starters were only gonna play two series max. What the hell are you trying to compare here? What would have been the narrative if he looked like crap against those 2nd and 3rd stringers while playing with camp bodies the ENTIRE game himself?
