Do you realize there is none of these clutch game winning drives if our defense wasn't able to keep a lot of those games close?? What about the games when they forced multiple turnovers and offense still couldn't produce anything?? How many games is Stroud struggling to throw over 100 yards on this team?? Listen, I have no issue saying im a Stroud guy but I also can keep it real and say he hasn't been the same player since his rookie year...but can somebody explain to me why panther fans that love bryce are doing victory laps?? Do they not know that texans have finished the last 3 seasons with winning records and have 3 playoff wins with Stroud at qb while bryce has none? Even if you want to make it about numbers Strouds bad years are good years for bryce and Stroud missed 3 games this year and they had identical numbers. I just wanted to touch on this since it's everywhere I look. But both of them will have a lot of pressure to perform next year, interesting enough every young qb has a playoff win but bryce.

But if you are blaming them for not being able to carry our offense late in the season and excusing the QB and other factors for not picking up the slack...well that's pretty misguided. The texans is worse....Atleast we had some sort of run game to help the small QB out. It eases playcalling cuz you dont need him to throw it every down and subject to turnovers.

Well i thought you meant the league not the playoffs so there's that. But I would probably take stroud over Purdy right now. Obviously it hasnt been a great year for Stroud but considering that crappy offense he deserves some credit if they somehow run the table. Even QBs in the past carried by their defense had something to lean on...primarily a run game or a great playcaller. Houston has to get everything they can the hard way on offense. Especially now that nico is out. Pats are gonna be the more balanced team, i won't be surprised if they win convincingly next week.
