As i said before im not ruling anything out, a lot hindges on how darnold does. If he stinks it up with a legit supporting cast around him Tepper is gonna start throwing those brass balls around. Doesnt matter what anybody else thinks, he wants the team winning as soon possible and that would be strike 2 on rhule camp fumbling the qb situation. There won't be a third. If you don't want watson here, you better hope darnold fixes his issuses fast and someone else trades for watson before then. Unless any of those things happen he will continue to be linked here.

Exactly. I said during the draft and FA that not addressing the o line was extremely irresponsible and people wanted to argue but i havent been proven wrong yet on that assessment. O line getting manhandled by second and third stringers isnt a good sign.

I get that point but... if your not criticizing people for crowning him when we havent played any games yet then i dont know why you are responding to me for being critical of his decisions in the same format. Thats my point.

We dont make huge FA signings ever and moore was a contributor for Seattle last year so it's still surprising he was cut. That's significant for us

So that's 2 significant FAs who didn't even make it threw camp. The other got trade. 2 of them we kept eflein and Erving are also ones that should be on the street right now. Fitt is showing so far that FA agency signings from other teams is not gonna be his nitch.

They are trying to justify those horrendous contracts they gave Erving and eflein. They will pretty much have to play like complete garbage to get pulled off the field...it sucks because that does darnold no favors.

Second /third stringers in one half. Last night was positive but still a lot left to be determined. Im not about to sit here and assume darnold is gonna light up every team consistently. That's foolish. He showed good things tho.

Tepper didn't look that happy last night with the offense. I think we stick with darnold right now but your lying to yourself if you think darnold doesnt have that much room for error. That pressure is gonna make or break him. Im not ruling anything out.
