Yes...stroud would have been slinging pick sixes in low scoring winnable games against bad teams and defenses like bryce did earlier this year. You are so right.

Chris Simms was a stroud guy from day one and never bought the hype on bryce but we werent supposed to take his opinion serious because he didnt "agree with the consensus".

Ball placement by the QB plays a major part in that, not just the receivers.

Ickey is low key an elite run blocker. A lot of the big runs come off him making key blocks. Its really night and day how much better he is in run blocking than pass block. So When he has games where he doesn't struggle pass blocking he is top tier.

Maybe because we literally had no good pass rushers and are best guy had a down year.

this is a great point. Its just tough when you are tired of losing and know the team can compete if QB play was better.
