I dont think burns value is 2 first right now, Also that would depend on how the rest of his season goes which isn't living up to 2 first round picks. Would love to get 2 first tho. The rams was the only team willing to do that last year and that was mainly cuz they are known for trading first for established players.

Any good team would have to be willing to pay burns first before giving up a lot. And generally those teams dont have a lot of cap.

What makes you think his value gonna be higher in off season? I can only see that 3rd going up to a 2nd maybe. 2 first rounders is out the window.

Yall positive folks didnt have a problem pooing anybody who wasnt buying the hype about this coaching staff and roster in the off season. Yall was so sure it was nowhere but up from Rhule. This was and will continue to be funny to me.

I watch other teams and dont see the big difference in O lines. All these qbs get pressured and have to compensate in some type of way, the good ones make plays anyway. Most of them are not playing untouched.

Well if we are gonna go down that road... i dont even know if you can an even count fields rookie year as a real evaluation considering the bad coaching, no oline, no receivers, not being a starter yet, and bad roster. Then on to last year the same problems existed and when you think about it, WHAT DO U KNOW...THEY WERE THE SAME THINGS PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT BRYCE NOW AND HIS ABILITY TO SUCCEED. The difference is, fields was actually able to lead the bears to a few wins off his shear talent alone with everything bad around him so the bears felt he was worth the investment. I think thats enough to deserve some kudos.

He was called old, slow, and couldn't help bryce up untill the Seattle game. Andy Dalton really showed people AT had something left in the tank. I guess he can perform against better defenses as well....

This was 2 years ago which is further away from relevant.....i have stated plenty of times on here if you watch his tape in 2021 and compare it to 2022 his throws were not the same. 2021 he was rifling all over the place off arm strength and didnt have to put so much of his body into his throws like he does now. Last year, his balls were sailing, under thrown, or just flat out inaccurate. Now Apparently a lot of that has carried over to the pros.

Before this game, bryce had legitimately contributed to all the losses with costly turnovers and literally help spotting the other team points and fans STILL said he wasn't part of the reason. At this point this statement doesn't accomplish anything.

Which means when you play teams with elite offenses (mostly the top teams) and you cant keep up or come back from being down. We are still screwed.

Or recognize it ahead of time and not draft that guy at all. But since thats in the past, they must get a backup in the future who doesn't have the same limitations.
