I still don’t understand.. Looking at depth and not looking at your staters more.. The players you planned on playing the most needed reps.. I’m not saying play them the full game but get more then 2 qrt of reps in the offseason.. Ppl have been getting a look at depth while getting reps for their starters for years..

Yes it is .. It just 1 off-season.. They had Moore and Anderson and ppl thought we were good.. Just because they couldn’t get a number 1 this offseason doesn’t mean it isn’t easier to find them.. With the elevation of the 7on7 programs (development of more WR and QB being the main focus)and the fact more FA Wr are available then good FA Pass rushers means we will get a WR sooner then a Pass Rusher at Burns level.. it’s just reality.;

Offensive pi that was a horrible call of defensive PI.. Not giving CJ any credit but that was a horrible call..

I disagree.. It’s a lot easier finding WR then it is a elite Pass Rusher.. It may be harder to evaluate BY this year but other QB have look comparable in this situation..

Especially when we’re talking about a new coach and staff working with new players and rookies..

And you can Literally look at the start of many rookie QB and see the same struggles.. ppl need to research NFL and stop letting the “very” few good performances by rookies distort their view of what reality for most rookie QB are..

I don’t understand why Reich and crew thought is was a good idea to play this schedule in the preseason.. Knowing they had new coaching a new system to learn and a completely new offense with a rookie QB..

Cam played a full preseason schedule (1 full qrt game 1, 2Full qrt game 2 and 3 qrt game 3) and had Smitty, Lafell, Dwill, Jstew, Olsen and Shockey.. BY played maybe 2 qrt of football in the preseason..

Game 1?? Are you serious?? Right now What planet have you been on and is this your 1st experience with pro football??

I love Cam and finally some of you are putting respect on his name.. But if you were expecting a Cam like performance in BY 1st game.. 1. Don’t understand how different Cam was.. 2. Don’t understand the difference in QB play in general.. And Why some QB types succeed early and different types need more time.. 3. Cam had more reps with his team then BY plus he had a better offensive group as well..

Regency basis.. Either ppl don’t remember Clausen and the team he had surrounding him.. Or they hated BY from the get go and haven’t been able to vocalize this until his 1st bad game..

We will see but reality is missing on a QB isn’t as big of a Organization killer as it use to be.. Plus the fact we are even talking this after 1 game is embarrassing and showing we have lost touch with reality as a fan base..

He’s a rookie in his 1st game who played less in the preseason then I’ve seen in history.. Be honest you have been spoiled by Cam??But reality is most rookie aren’t good right away and it takes time and reps for them to get better.. This wasn’t a day 1 fix.. Only 1 rookie Qb in the last 30 years won his 1st game and that was David Carr.. Let that sink in..

We might have.. But what does that mean?? If you have Moore you don’t have BY.. At some point ppl have to realize it is what it is this season and we aren’t Superbowl contenders after 1 offseason of major change..

How.. What is the FA money next 2 years?? Then how many drafts are we without a 1st round pick??? Answer Near 200, 000 in cap space the next 2 years.. 2024 is the only year without a 1st round pick.. And this is all with a rookie QB pay scale for the next 5 years..

Plain and simple this offense needs reps .. They looked off timed and out of rhythm.. WR not making the right cuts wrong routes and not lining up correctly.. QB throwing to spots he expects ppl to be at .. Under or overthrown balls.. They need reps to build consistency.. Most fans should have known this wasn’t going to work day 1..
