https://nypost.com/2020/04/11/doctors-pols-urge-use-of-miracle-coronavirus-drug-cocktail/ Probably a bit more than just smoke with the drug

When your government says all coronavirus related expenses would be paid by government, you put it past some places to tag treatments as coronavirus to make sure they get paid?

Hoping they didn't get their original test kits from China

In my opinion, if Trump wins in November, Xi will be out in 2021. With the US bent for gains against China, and Europe now being a willing partner against China, Xi's decisions will be called into question. https://www.foreignaffairs.com/articles/united-states/2020-04-03/chinas-coming-upheaval Of course we have been talking already about the economic price that China will pay

I guess we are all posting the same findings, just reported from different sources. While 15% is good and will definitely slow the spread, it is a bit away from the magic 60%. I think we will be very very surprised at the rate here in the US once we get the antibodies tests. I wish we could get those results very quickly as it would weigh heavily on the response at the end of April for opening or keeping closed areas of the US

Not sure if you can believe this crap or not. https://www.miamiherald.com/news/coronavirus/article241908771.html Probably means we are closer to herd immunity than most think. Bring on the antibodies test!!

Pretty sure we went over this like 100 pages ago, when we found the temp range where the virus thrived.

They are not doing a ton differently than we are as far as steps, just that their people adhered to the rules much better. Americans are hard headed We are at 50 deaths per million and they are at 43 per million.

Believe me, you are in the wrong neighborhood for analytical thinking.

You seem to be coughing a lot from thread to thread. Maybe a test and quarantine would help? At least for 14 days

One good thing is that countries ARE taking different approaches to an unknown virus. As many incubators of different methods as we can get, will be good for fighting the next virus

So it turns out we are more prepared?

So many things could change. If remote is good for businesses, then business travel might not be needed. Airlines will become more vacation traveler oriented. As you mentioned, office spaces will go down in price. The boom will be in software/hardware to make everyone accessible along with changes to carry the needed bandwidth. Wish I could care enough about investing to have jumped on some tech companies already. Not sure if "conventions" will hold the water they once did either. Gatherings might be more entertainment oriented like sports and concerts, but the money companies invest in "booth spaces" might be better spent marketing their items from some sort of tech platform. Who knows, will be some changes for sure Guess I will still have to see the dentist, ugh
