Not hoping for a big swing....and miss

I think it changes from year to year. I think most teams grade players, thus the "he had a 1st round grade, so we moved up quickly in the 2nd to grab him" type stuff. Also, from year to year the amount of guys with 1st round grades change. Not at all strange to see guys who pick in the mid twenties move out of the first round

I have never been a proponent of large RB contracts. One can think back on the Double Trouble debacle. However, CMC is a bit more than a RB and will be used a lot in situations to gain back the productivity of losing Samuel. We had a lot of firepower with the 3 WR's and this year, it will be 2 WR's and a RB. Besides, high contract and an injury do not spell good trade value.

Chin up. My aunt has been in rest home for 10 years and only a percentage of her heart works. 91 years old. She caught Covid and pneumonia about 3 weeks ago. Somehow, she came through it and is eating well again and will start therapy next week. Back up and walking. Have no clue how she made it through. Refused to go to hospital on 2 occasions.

Most people know that the pandemic was always a tightrope that had to be walked between economic disaster and health and safety. Most pols have failed the test. Surprise, surprise. Even though Covid was going to affect only a small percentage of Americans, measures were put in place on everyone. Economic fallouts, political fights, etc. are in full force, but common sense and segregating the vulnerable was never accomplished and for the most part, not attempted. All numbers are real, just not always correct....as usual, it depends on the event as to how something is spread and how REAL the numbers are.
