This upsets me. I always knew Armanti had the deck stacked against him here, but I didn't know it was that bad. It was a dream come true when we drafted him, now I wish we never did and he was given a proper chance. I was in Ann Arbor for the Michigan game and had season tickets through his entire collegiate career. He will always be my favorite athlete of all time regardless of his time with the Panthers.

You're right. If Miller was scoring 25ppg and looking like a star Id reserve judgement because it's Summer League. However, the fact that hes looked like total ass against talent that is mostly a level or two below him is extremely concerning.

This validates everything I've been saying since before the draft and after. Picking Miller over Scoot will haunt a franchise long familiar with self inflicted wounds.

To be fair I think Zion's skillset translated a lot easier/quicker to the NBA game versus Wemby. Zion was a man among boys and frankly still is near the basket. It's going to take some time for Wemby to learn how to manipulate the game using his size and handles. He will flash moments of brilliance this year, but ultimately needs to get stronger. He's also with a franchise that understand talent development. If he was a Hornet his ceiling would be Bol Bol.

By far Millers best game so far on both ends. I think someone must have tried to light a fire under him as he was noticably more assertive. Alot of missed shots but still a lot better than first two games. As for Wemby, he's going to need to bulk up and condition himself. I thought after his initial 6 minutes in the 1st he looked gassed. Both these guys might need 2-3 years on the offensive end before their potential is realized. I would look at Scoot ROY odds for some value if you have some fun money.

Wow. Wemby is as advertised. You can see the length is going to wreak absolute havoc. At least Miller has decided to shoot and not be so passive.

Thank God I adopted the Nuggets in 2009 when I moved out here. I still root for the Hornets, but their comedy of errors that consistently follows them is exhausting.

I thought it would take half the regular season to be upset over the Miller pick, but here we are in the lowly SL and he's already confirming most of our fears. He's is not the guy, he just isn't.

Just a realist. Miller should be a Summer League MVP candidate with his advertised pedigree. Amari Bailey is outplaying him through the first two games. First impressions are important and so far Miller has been a dud. Hopefully it changes.

Another lackluster start for Miller. 4 Fouls and 3 TOs in the 1st quarter and no points. I'm sure he will pad the box score when the game is out of hand though.

They are, but a more talented defender will not allow Miller to put them in a poor position and need to foul. His knack was not being a shot creator and it shows. Obviously too soon to make a judgement but first impression was worse than I expected.

Those won't be fouls against actual NBA starters though. He 100% needs to add to his frame.
