All I see is pics of TMJ making all of these tough grabs in practice, warming up in social media feeds before games. He has been injured, but it just really looks like he just hasn't been given a shot. Everybody here is already wagging the finger at him with the get your shite together posts, but seriously we don't know anything about the situation. Every other receiver from that team is a stud and in school they fed off of him and the inability to cover him one on one. This just seems like another Rhule BS doghouse problem.

Someone tried to tell me last week that this had been debunked. I asked for some proof and they gave me nothing. Tepper is a joke and he wanted to fire the only coach with Tomlin's track record. It still doesn't make sense. This Steelers argument doesn't make sense either as he fired Rivera after winning five games in a row with his back up QB. Rhule has only won five games a season.

The Team Played For Their Coach Today
NorthTryon replied to Daddy_Uncle's topic in Carolina Panthers
Exactly, it was meltdown city by the Aints. They acted like they won the championship. -
ESPN could care less about the Panthers. They are willing to let our beat writer die at his desk like its DSS or the tag office. And since they don't care its an easy gig for Newton.
-
The Dolphins would have got it right three years ago if they had drafted Herbert like Flores wanted and actually wanted to win at the time. Having said that, they are still light years ahead of us.
-
This is sad. 0-7 and get them out of here.
-
Ron didn't believe in DBs! Some of the best defensive backs in the history of the Panthers played under Rivera! They were rarely out of position save that one Atlanta game. Ron didn't have final say over roster moves like Rhule, so he had to work with whatever Gettleman and Hurney got him or left him with after contract negotiations(JNo). The main example being the coaching staff wanted D. Adams and S. Diggs. Guess what nipple shorts did? You remember KB and Funchess right? Rhule would've got those two receivers which is exactly why the roster has been littered with Temple and Baylor rejects over his tenure. The rest, I totally agree with ya dude.

Panthers vs Lions energy level
NorthTryon replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
My friend was like Rhule does own Kingsbury at Arizona going back to college. I was like we only won that game last year because Cam came out of nowhere and scored two touchdowns. Consequently, that was the last game we won. Facepalm emoticon loading. -
Dude!!! I mean some mediocre years in college and a one year stint as an NFL OL assistant. Its like the character in Catch Me If You Can. How the hell did this guy's name become the hottest name on the coaching circuit three years in a row? In the illustrious words of Charlie Brown, "Aaaaarrrrggghh!!!".

That's why I even opened this thread! Hahahahahahahahaha, I was hoping it was a hot seat article with a quote about Tepper's frustration.
-
These first two teams haven't super exploited us for it, but I fear the next month with some good QBs it may be really bad.
-
0-2 has Rhule’s seat red hot. Does 0-3 get him fired?
NorthTryon replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's where I'm at! I have never been in this limbo as a fan, but they looked so unprepared and unprofessional. And that Rhule walk out tweet, wow! -
When, show me something if you got time. That is a big part of my vitriol.
-
Well our owner is the idiot who wanted to fire Tomlin as minority owner of the Steelers. We might be on the cusp of some Synder type losing ownership.

Are we the worst team in the league?
NorthTryon replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Emphatically yes! -
Well at least Phil feels better about the way we are losing. They are showing the kind of chill that makes me think Tepper has really told this staff they have the whole 7 years of the contract come hell or high water! There is no urgency and a care less attitude. They look like they couldn't be bothered.

Stop tagging me dude, see below. Again, it doesn't matter how many times you look at the tape and all 22 if you don't know what the play call is, how lineman are coached to block, or what their assignment was on the play. The first play from the first picture you showed was Moton taking the inside man. See sometimes coaches on the defense send a blitz and there are more people coming after QB than offense has blockers. In those instances, you have to take the inside guy as they have the quickest route to the QB. And for the other still photos, most of those were RPOs and there have been many posts/articles about how they needed to quit calling those disastrous plays. In the RPO, most of the time there is an unblocked DE or LB that the QB reads to hand the ball off or pass the ball. In the still photos, it looks like Moton is getting beat when that is the play design. Baker is mediocre and our OC looked drunk up in the booth. So again, if you know what you're looking for, he didn't look awful. The C and other OT, yeah they had a rough go of it though. We can discuss that. Ekwonu having a short set and Garrett just waiting until he set then running around him for multiple hits on the QB. Alas, you guys are better than the Facebook moron who was screaming that M. Garrett beat Moton up all day. I face palmed knowing he had no idea Ekwonu and Moton were different people.

McCall Should’ve Gotten a Jersey on Sunday
NorthTryon replied to Move the Panthers to Raleigh's topic in Carolina Panthers
Ditto, nobody is trying to come in here and play for these inexperienced bums. All you get is a black eye on your career and Rhule may add insult to injury and throw you under the bus like he did Cam last year. -
What's crazy is they were showing him on the social media short vids like he was on the same level as DJ, Robbie, and CMAC. They showed him warming up with headphones making smooth catches from Baker in the endzone. Then I think I caught him in the frame once during game giving a five to Robbie on his touchdown. I was thinking we always get the defective toy. Chase and Jefferson out there beating double coverage and our guy the most formidable one on paper can't get on the field.
-
I'm bout to get even more obvious! Every school has busts. It doesn't mean that every player that ever comes out of that university should be written off.
-
I mean it has to be. Nobody makes plays on the ball and everyone constantly looks lost. I have never seen an NFL team like this. Well this team the last two years does come to mind, especially every game against Tampa Bay.
-
Yeah, half a sack buddy. I don't care what smitty said. He's media now and he has to have a number of talking points for his allotted time. Taylor Moton had zip to do with Baker's fumbles, tipped passes cause of Baker's height, Baker's interception, or the coaches giving CMAC like ten rushes. You should have said from jump that this is Steve Smith's opinion that he came up with and I am going to siphon off of and present as my own.
-
Boooooooooooom! Hit him with that obvious. I really dislike when people act like a university has never produced a good player in its history just to be dismissive. What they don't realize is this coaching staff is mismanaging every player here and most of these guys deserve better. Most of these guys would do better in a different scheme. And the guy did pick two horrible plays to make his point though. Face palm.
-
Is that the go to complaint for people who want something to complain about? They get paid and then.... Moton played fine Sunday and has been consistent even since signing his extension. Clowney didn't even sniff Baker until he was chased out of the pocket by Garrett or it collapsed due to pressure elsewhere. People try to poo on o-line and d-linemen so much and don't know what the hell they are even looking at. There were a number of plays that they ran stunts, brought pressure and Moton was a singular bright spot on the line. Clowney had a half a sack.

Matt Rhule disappointed, not discouraged by opening loss
NorthTryon replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah, but at least in some of those games you could legit see where the players were screwing the pooch and missing opportunities. I seen in another thread where someone said both sides of the ball looked like 1 guys that had just met each other right before the game.
