  1. That will depend on how Corral plays. If Corral plays well, but we still lose a lot of games (ala Burrow's first year in Cincinnatti), then we won't take a qb. If he doesn't, then maybe.
  2. Sounds like most high school fights I saw. Mostly just pushing and shoving with teachers and friends jumping in before things got serious. I do remember seeing two girls fight once, and they were really throwing slaps and punches and going at each other. And no one jumped in to stop them.
  3. Kick returns perhaps. On the punt team, seems like he might be a good candidate for gunner.
  4. Him getting into a fight in high school or getting drunk in high school/college doesn't bother me. The depression thing could be an issue, but if he is talented, probably worth taking a shot.
  5. Just out of curiosity, how many 7th round picks have you cared about over the years? For me, the answer would be exactly one, and then we stupidly traded the player to Kansas City.
  6. I don't. I think we will have to show some actual improvement. If we end next year as poorly as we have the last two seasons, zero reason to think that Rhule is actually building anything.
  7. Stats don't show a single punt or kick return while at Baylor. Still might be a good special teams player. Fwiw, that kind of speed is worth a 7th round pick.
  8. Just watched part of it on HBO max. Got bored and tuned out after about a third of the movie.
  9. Well, having a few more pounds of muscle does make it a little easier to deal with the physicality of the NFL. Of course, getting the ball out faster helps a lot more.
  10. Tom Brady. He was three pounds heavier than Corral but a couple of inches taller, so maybe even skinnier.
  11. We may still trade for Baker. They made a huge mistake last year putting all the eggs in a basket named Darnold, may try to double dip in order to avoid that mistake this year.
  12. You are right, but in fairness, Brady does skew the results a little.
  13. Because projections about NFL potential are never wrong? Fwiw, they are wrong more often than they are right. All that matters once the draft is over is how they perform on the field.
  14. How do you know? I mean they haven't played a down. Last year's class was overrated, this year might be underrated.
  15. I could see Tampa taking him and letting him sit a year behind Brady.
  16. Fwiw, NFL staffs are wrong more often than they are right when it comes to qb's.
  17. He will have more time to throw interceptions now.
  18. I find all this draft value stuff baffling. Draft value is only known a couple of years after the draft is over. If he turns out to be a good quarterback, I won't give a crap where we draft him.
  19. I will be ok with it as long as the qb or other player we pick is actually really good.
  20. I am done with this team if they take some guy I don't like. Not really, but I am just getting in the spirit.
  21. Fair point. I should have said, it will give people something different to whine about.
  22. I have to admit I will be glad when the draft is over so everyone can stop speculating and start whining.
  23. Can't do that, his toes are too short.
