Offense needs to get it going now.

And will soon be a lot worse than that.

Offense can't do anything, and the defense can only hold on for so long. Going to be 20-6 soon unless the defense can make a stop here or get a turnover.

Woods is playing well so far.

We finally played Hill as a runner and stopped him behind the line of scrimmage.

Unfortunately, that is a catch.

Has the defensive staff not watched Taysom Hill? He is a runner who throws on occasion. They are playing him as if it is Drew Brees back there.

Horrible throw by Young, Thielen made a great play to save an int.

They picked up the blitz and we got burned on that one.

I understand the Penalty set us back, but three plays there and not a single run, other than the scramble. Not providing much help to the rookie QB. That being said, nice throw on the third down and good kick.

I use directv, so ESPN is not a problem. I do fear though that the NFL is going to go the way of Professional boxing. 50 plus years ago, pro boxing was one of the biggest sports in the US. Then all the big matches started going pay per view and the audience faded away. I could see the NFL (and college football for that matter) doing something similar with all these streaming services.

Agreed. And in truth, lots of great players have been "wasted" Dan Marino Earl Campbell Randy Moss Eric Dickerson Dan Fouts Tony Gonzales Etc.... Even with a group of great players, winning a Super Bowl is a difficult thing to do.

The Bears are not a running team, so I am not surprised. Of course, they are also not a passing team.

Dallas has a good defense, but they haven't exactly played anyone that is a real challenge yet. They seem to usually find a way to lose critical games. Regarding the Eagles, its really difficult to repeat.

But still comes up short.

Wilson might be the luckiest qb in the history of the NFL.

I had the year wrong, they actually won it in 2015. That is not a valid comparison, San Diego won its division 2 out of three seasons. Although I do agree their ownership were complete and utter idiots.

Any owner that fires a coach that won the division for a team that hasn't won the division since 2015 is a complete and utter idiot. No owner is stupid enough to do that.

I don't really think he will win coach of the year, but I do think he has a decent shot at winning the division and a very good chance of getting in the playoffs.

Or he might win coach of the year. Who knows.

Ron Rivera might end today tied for first place in the NFC east. I know you guys would hate that.
