Ironically Miles Sanders has been the offensive bright spot today. Him and Theilen.

I expected us to lose, although not this bad. But the goal with this season is the same it was yesterday. See if we have a qb in Bryce (and it seems we have an answer to that question). And if not, get another qb next year. We shouldn't judge Canales unless we look this bad every game.

At this point, they need to tell Bryce to never throw when he is running forward. Its an automatic overthrow. Just tuck it and run.

Only way we hold them to 50 is they just take a knee on every offensive possession they get.

On his worst throws, he was in a clean pocket with no one in front of him. He just overthrows the receiver. That is lack of accuracy, nothing else. You can say he was broken if you want to. But he has never shown anything in the NFL to show that he could ever have made it. I hope it changes, but its just a truth that some look good in college when on dominant teams, but in the NFL, when the talent level is much closer, they just can't cut it.

We are down 37-3 and the Saints are sitting on the Run. That is the biggest indicator of how bad the Passing game actually is.

The oline is not the problem today. In fact, they have mostly played well.

Bryce's issues today are not height. They are not arm strength. They are not oline or the wide receivers. With the exception of the two blitzes, he has had decent time, and the receivers are open for the most part. He just isn't very accurate. Especially when throwing on the move. I guess at Alabama, no one noticed because they had so much more talent than the other team.

That is why I never like hiring College Coaches, unless they have significant previous NFL experience, like Pete Carroll. Last college coach to have real success in the NFL without previous NFL experience was Jimmy Johnson in the 90's.

IMO, no maybe about it. He can coach 20 year olds, but not grown men.
