Nope. You really have no clue what you are talking about. The personal conduct clauses in the CBA are very broad. Basically any action that is detrimental to the image if the league is fair game.

We don't know what he is guilty of. All we know is that a financial settlement was made with Hokder and she disappeared. In some ways it makes it look worse for Hardy.

Charges being dismissed is not really the same thing as being innocent. We all know what really happened here....he paid her and she went away. We will never know how innocent he was in all of this....my personal belief is that the truth lies somewhere between their two stories. Not as guilty as she portrayed him, but not as innocent as he was portraying.

It was NOT a suspension....it is that simple. Hardy was NOT punished by the Commissioners List. Quite the contrary, it could very well be seen as a benefit to him. Many players hate playing under the tag so much, that they actually hold out. Hardy got the best of both worlds. He was able to make a $13M payday AND not risk injury under the one year tag. If he is suspended (making no judgement on this), there will be NOTHING the NFLPA or his PA will be able to do about it.
