Your statement is just plain stupid and shows why the Madden generation of fans do not get it. Wanting a guy who can make a splash play once in a while over a guy who is consistent and moves the chains. Just plain dumb.

Bad arguement on Hraham. Saying he is 29 and in decline, thus not worth the cap hit...yet the Saints just signed him to the contract last year.

Parnell was the only other guy out there and he is not worth anywhere near what he got paid.

True. But these kind of cases (assault, dom abuse, etc) are seldom prosecuted if the victim (or alleged victim) do not cooperate and testify.

Exactly. Why do so many people think that we can sign guys on cheap deals and with little to no guaranteed money. Living in a fantasy land must be a hell of a ride for many on this board.

The biggest issue last year was the OLine and specifically the OT position.....along with injuries to several of the young guys that were penciled in to be contributors. Everyone said that Gett blew it with the OT situation last year. I say that he probably knew it was going to be an issue, but we did NOT have the cap space to pay ANY of the decent FA OT's last year. We had to roll with what we had. He was not going to come out and say that Bell/Chandler were going to suck but we could not pay to upgrade them.

Yep. A bunch of 17 yo's who know nothing about building a team, coaching a team, or running a business...yet they think they know more than guys who are paid millions of dollars a year because of their experience and knowledge. Hilarious
