Nothing you post is ever anywhere near facts. I said that he is a franchise QB....I said that he is the future of the Panthers. Only difference is that some can say there are things that Cam needs to improve on to take his game to the next level....and then there are people like YOU. Too stubborn or dense to see it.

Not sure what you real question is....... Just be honest with your realtor about what you are looking for....what are deal enders....honesty about your budget....etc Now, if you are trying to determine if the realtor is the right one to hire, then I would ask about how they will work for you....what areas of the city do they specialize in (make sure you get a realtor that sell a lot in the areas that you are interested in....not just the city, but the areas of the city). You will spend a lot of time with your realtor looking at houses and negotiating.....so you need to make sure that your personalities mesh.

The people who continuously make every excuse for Cam sound JUST LIKE the Atlanta fans who made every excuse for Vick (about how he had no WR's).....then they get rid of Vick and bring in Ryan and he has stellar seasons WITH THE SAME WR's. I agree that the Panthers need to upgrade the OL and bring in more speed at WR. But, Cam did have an All Pro LT for all but last season....and he did have multple top tier RB's....and he did have Smitth. So, to say he had no OL and weapons his entire career is jus that.....an excuse for every flaw that he needs to work on. This coach and staff speaks VERY HIGHLY of Cam and definitely views him as a franchise QB and the future of the Panthers. But, they are smart enough to see that Cam has many things to work on and improve for him to become elite....which is something that many in here are NOT smart enough to see.

GMan us basically that VP of Ops for a multi million dollar corporation. He us NOT going to tell the world (including other competing companies) exactly what he us going to do. That is good business and how he should do it. The fans are like stockholders of a Fortune 500 company. You tell them in your earning releases and press releases what the company's high level strategies are. You do not tell them specifically how you are going to do it from an operations perspective.

I guarantee you that over half the teams in the league have DGB off their boards. Much like damn near all of them were completely hands off this FA with Hardy....even with his incredible talent. Owners of these teams are businessmen and reputation of their franchises is important....no matter how many idiot fans there are out there that put winning above everything. Morals and character has become a lost trait in the world today. Too many of you "do whatever makes you feel good" idiots walking around out there.

Panthers interested in Landon Collins
MadHatter replied to Kuech the Sneak's topic in Carolina Panthers
Collins is a VERY different type of safety than Dix.....Dix is much better in coverage. Collins reminds me A LOT of Mark Barron. And Barron has been a big disapointment.- 84 replies

Hilarious listening to people bash someone for being "mediocre" when they are one if th 15 best in the world at what they do. The competition for head coaches is fierce and competitive. Yet people who can only dream at being just below avg at their jobs continue to take shots....priceless.

Screen name describes posts....gotcha

Crabtree=mediocre career and now coming off an acl injury. Not to mention that he is a diva. Jennings all day over crabtree

Are you actually asserting that he didn't reach a monetary settlement with her? You guys kill me. -
Average Gain from Big FA Spending Sprees? 0 Wins
MadHatter replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Exactly. We ALL want to win now. However, we still have some housecleaning that needs to be done to not perpetuate the mess we have been in for the past 4-5 years from a cap perspective. -
Average Gain from Big FA Spending Sprees? 0 Wins
MadHatter replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
There are two groups on here right now: Group A: I want FA's signed and we should just restructure contracts (pushing cap hit into the future) to clear barely enough room to sign someone. Even though this continues to leave us in cap hell going forward. Group B: We are trying to get out of the cap hell that Hurney created so that we can make the right FA moves in the future and to be able to sign our upcoming FA's in the future. We are in year 3 of a 3 year process and everyone should just hold course. We may not maximize this season, but we will be set up correctly going forward. Group A needs to understand that the Group B methodology is EXACTLY what the Panthers are doing and should stop posting 10 threads a day bitching and whining about how the FO does not care about winning and is cheap. They believe in winning.....consistently winning and are putting the team in a position to do this. -
I do not judge your stupidity by this thread....but by the months and months of stupid posts you have made on this board. Good day.

Cowboys in negotiations with Greg Hardy?
MadHatter replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
He settled with her and she miraculously decided to disappear and not cooperate with the DA. And, it would be impossible for the DA to bring witness tampering without either Holder testifying to that or a written agreement stating the conditions of the payments. Neither are likely to exist. I am not saying he was guilty...just that him paying and her going away does not make him innocent. -
Cowboys in negotiations with Greg Hardy?
MadHatter replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Nope...he is dead serious. He thinks Hardy paying off Holder and her refusing to testify means Hardy was innocent. -
Cowboys in negotiations with Greg Hardy?
MadHatter replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
The only funny part to the whole Hardy fiasco is that some of you ACTUALLY think it makes him look innocent by him settling with and paying off Holder, her disappearing, and the charges being dropped. However, to most sane people out there it actually makes him look more guilty....throw money at her to make her go away and not testify. She was jet setting all over the US for months before this broke...you can be damn sure that Hardy paid her long ago. I have no idea what he actually did or did not do (as I was not there). But I bet you that he is not totally innocent....yet, I also doubt he is guilty of everything that she accused him of either. -

And yet no other teams are chomping at the bit right now to sign Hardy. Maybe it is more of the league (and the owners) making a statement....not just JR. -
