I know this is a long shot but is anyone interested in joining a $50 league. On ESPN, NON PPR. Draft tonight at 8:30ish. My buddy had a drop at the last minute, and we need a 10th player. The draft order has been set. I will allow trading of spots if you can find somebody that wants to switch with you. I know some people have their favorite spots to draft from. These are the ESPN team names.

I got a question from a team about how using the website was decided. I apologize if I didn't make that clear early in the thread. It's still random, you'll just know where you're drafting now instead of 1 hour before if you let ESPN decide it. It's not my website and I've used it in my home league for 4 or 5 years. To me it adds another layer of fun to the league and I like knowing where I'm drafting instead of waiting until 1 hour before the draft. Hopefully nobody has an issue doing it this way. Edited to add: The guy that ran the huddle league last year used the same website.

Okay, I've entered the team names into the website. The link is below. You can click the link anytime before 7pm and see the countdown clock. At 7:00 it will start in reverse order showing the 12th pick first and working down to pick one. Unfortunately, we had a player back out because they live out of the country and are 5 hours ahead and would have a tough time attending the draft and they of course don't want to auto draft. We have 11 signed and paid up. Anyone know another huddler that would want to play?

That's part of the issue, I don't know their huddle screen names. Okay, I removed the 2 that never got back with me and sent the invitation link to @shaq and @ClawOn. I'll also try to send out a possible draft date later today. So far the only exclusions we have are 8:30pm or later and not on the 24th, 25th or 29th. Also can't be after the 28th because @KyaKona is leaving the country. Anyone have an objection to Wed Aug 28 at 8:30pm Eastern Time?

Agreed. Don't need to drag out the process. If I haven't heard anything from them by tomorrow afternoon, we'll move to replace.

While I try to track down the remaining 2 people, lets start a discussion on possible draft dates. Is there a day of the week that absolutely doesn't work for you?

I was hoping to nail down all of the members/payments before doing that. We still have 2 spots that I'm not sure exactly who they are on the huddle and they haven't paid. We can start throwing out some dates though. I'm also going to hold the draft lottery sometime this week so we'll know our positions. That is fine by me. I want to fit everyone's schedule as much as possible.

I got you're payment but I'm curious why this didn't work for you. I'm on a droid and just tried scanning it from the venmo app and it worked.

I think we have 2 that have yet to pay, but I'm going to give them as much time as possible. If for some reason one of them wants to bow out, that would open up a spot.
