He was right last offseason and he is right now. It is called developing. To say he still needs to work on same things, does not mean he has not already improved in those areas. Simply that he need to continue to improve. It isn't either/or. Cam is progressing at a good pace, he is not perfect, but he is better than most and still growing

It will spoil the ultimate conclusion, but not how they get there. There seems to be a ton of characters that won't be on the show that GRRM has to wrap up. Also, there is the possibility that the ending to the show is not well received so GRRM calls and audible for his books

The way at least some teams (and probably most) do it is every player has a number value and put on the board, and need is factored into that value. So it is really best value available more than best player available. Plus BPA becomes more important in rounds 3-7
