I don’t hate him. I wish him the best once he is out of here. He seems like a nice guy and family man. But as a professional NFL coach he is awful. It’s without question that he has assembled the worst coaching staff in the team’s history. it’s nothing personal with him but he needs to be let go as soon as the season ends. I am not a fan of Jerry Richardson, professionally or personally. Sure, He brought us the Panthers but if he didn’t do it someone else would have. Richardson is the typical rich affluent white male who gets away with being a shithead because he is rich. so for me, Rae Carruth and old man Richardson are on the I don’t like you professionally or personally list. a sleeper for that list is Deangelo Williams

Wouldn’t be the first time news leaked out on Reddit before anywhere else. There is a reason why Reddit is one of the most valuable websites on earth.

I dunno man …a lot of these NFL reporters make Fox News people look like Walter Cronkite. To me it sounded like someone put it out there that Ruhle was safe was just a smokescreen and Tepper playing his hand close to his chest.

There’s some really good responses to that post if you scroll down a bit. A few of yall on here should take note. the theory that after he fired Brady, Tepper told him to get it right or he’s done makes a lot of sense. also have to agree that it’s almost impossible to survive a season like this one because Ruhle can’t go to Tepper with film and be like ok we’ve lost some games but look at how we are improving. They aren’t improving at all. Players are regressing, second round draft picks aren’t getting jerseys, guys like Jeremy Chinn who looked like a superstar in the making last year has basically been neutered, and we are getting blown out by teams. Its time to cut bait.

It sure as hell looks like he fired Joe Brady to appease Tepper and sacrificed him because he wasn’t one of Ruhle’s lackeys and to buy a little more time before Tepper came for him. And wouldn’t ya know it the bozo he replaced him with is actually worse and even less qualified.

I mean I don’t think Baylor has ever been a terrible team. Baylor just won the b12 and I don’t even know who their coach is. Sure, he inherited a program from Art Briles who should probably be in jail but Baylor is a well respected program in fertile recruiting grounds. temple football will always be temple football. A complete joke program no matter who coaches there and they’ve had some good ones, Al Golden, Bruce Arians, Pop Warner, and Horace Butterworth. I just don’t know wtf he did in college? Like what was his specialty? QBs? Innovative playcalling? Recruiting? seems like some guy that interviews well but Tepper caught feelings and jumped the gun when they should have done a little more homework on him. The coaching staff he has assembled here is without a doubt collectively the worst group Of coaches in franchise history.

Nobody has been able to tell me what exactly Matt Ruhle did to get on NFL radars. Like what made his resume stand out for college coaches as potential NFL guys? program builder or someshit? That is BS. Temple has had good coaches before him. Baylor is fine without him. I don’t get it.
