don't watch it don't pay attention to it if you don't like it. Problem solved. The only time I watch ESPN aka the hype machine that creates news instead of reporting it is when there's a game on I have interest in or I get home from the bar on the weekends and throw on Sportscenter for background noise.

This is what I think prob happened: Drunk girl goes through drunk guys cell phone while he leaves it unattended. She had been suspicious for a while now and got the courage to finally go through his phone. Suspicions confirmed when she finds dirty texts and dirty pics from girls, maybe even a girl she knows or is "friends" with. She's drunk, flips her poo and starts attacking him. Obviously, she doesn't do much damage so he grabs her and tries to subdue/restrain her in part for his own protection and to calm her down. He was drunk so it goes a little further than it would have if they were sober, she calls the police and said he threatened her and he put his hands on her. Police arrive to break up a drunk fight between scorned lovers. One being a 100 pound girl and the other being a 300 pound NFL all pro.

Yeah I agree w/ this. Girl prob went crazy and he tried to subdue/restrain her. If her face is fuged up though, he may have a more serious problem on his hands.

yeah that's 3 years in a row now that he's partaken in some questionable behavior. This is obviously the worst of the three.

If Hardy punched her...eh that's about as big of a red flag as there is. Still, he wouldn't be the first athlete to beat the poo out of someone and get off unscathed. Former LSU RB Jeremy Hill, who I think was drafted by the Bungals in the second round this year, was videotaped walking out of a bar hammered and sucker punching a dude half his size. He got off easy. Plead down to a lesser charge, get a slap on the wrist, and his most severe punishment was missing the season opener this year. Former Ohio State RB Carlos Hyde, who was also drafted this past weekend, got in trouble for slapping around his girlfriend last year only to have those charges miraculously dropped and his most severe punishment was missing 2-3 games against NCAA powerhouses Buffalo and San Diego State. Meanwhile, PJ Hairston gets kicked off the UNC basketball team for driving rental cars. I'd be willing to bet the charges will be dropped and this will be a non story in a few weeks. Unless some new damning evidence comes out or he really fuged up the girl.

Arguments are always a part of relationships. I haven't seen or read about GH actually putting his hands on her. Maybe she came at him all crazy like and he was simply restraining her or protecting himself? There's always 2 sides to every story and who do you think the police are going to believe if a crying 100 pound girl calls and says a 300 lb NFL all pro is threatening her? Still - not a good look for a dude playing for a big time contract. He should know better because in his case he is going to be guilty until proven innocent.

WTF MAN I AM SICK OF THIS BULLSHIT ASS SNOW AND WINTER WEATHER. I was in Ohio for a wedding last weekend and there was a foot of snow on the ground when we left and I had to drive through horrible road conditions on the way back through west va. I was so happy to get back to the warm south! WTF MAN

This is most def a trap game for the Panthers. Please believe it. Emotional game on Monday. Short week. Going on the road to play a game that every person in the media will pick the Panthers to win. 2 HUGE games with the Saints around the corner. Panthers should win this game but I'd be very surprised to see another one of those 35-13 blowouts we've seen against some bad teams. Could see the Dolphins keeping it close until about halfway through the 4Q. Their OL is horrible and our DL is one of the best in the league.
