Money is a powerful thing bro. If its being offered with the option that he will have input on coaching decisions in the future... its a good offer. All that "playing with my friends" may be a little overrated. These guys have friends all over the league. They want to FIRST get paid... and then the other stuff is secondary

Believe it or not.... Tepper and Matt Rhule are kind of neck and neck at this point. Its one thing to have a trash coach... but Tepper moves like a weird creep. Matt Rhule can be fired... but we're stuck with this man.

Also known as the day that Tepper plays himself... yet again.

Stop the Kaep. He's not looking anywhere near the shape he was. If we're moving on from Cam... which is very likely... there's no reason to bring in somebody from his era who was not nearly as succesful as him. I dont care about the politics. Kap wasnt like that when he took a knee. We're good over here. Enjoy the Nike deal and the Netflix money.

I have a hard time seeing Deshaun Watson playing for Matt Rhule. The visual in my mind is just hilarious.

I'd take Heinicke over Sam Darnold right away. Man these are some dark days.

Greg: Certain guys have different qualities. For the two guys you mention... with Cam. Cam's on-field instincts and his ability to see things in real time and react, is why he was so good for so long. He, and I dont even know if you can coach this. From the day i met him, he would see things. I would come back to him and say "What did you see?" Cam would say, you cut at 8 yards, I need you at 9 yards... flatter; higher... and when you would watch the tape, he would be dead on. He saw things instinctually really really fast. Greg: With Luke- He would memorize the entire game before it started. If you ask Luke on a Friday at practice, "what are you thinking at 3rd and 4?" Luke - "Alright well if New Orleans comes out and they got 3 receivers to the boundary and the back is offset to the field, I know that they want to bring the single receiver underneath me to make sure I pulled up and they're going to run Mike Thomas on the back side dig behind me. So Im going to fool the quarterback by staying and then I'm going to open up to field away from the receivers and then I'm going to jump the dig." Luke Keuchly was the best I've ever been around. Its worth seeing because of the reaction and the way Greg explains it.

The football tape is what it is. He's a special talent. But every now and then... you get to see a guy with a special heart. This guy is worth the risk in my book.

Yea, but remember... they went to his Pro Day and they "saw something" that led them to believe that Darnold Duck was the answer at QB. Hell, we couldve taken Justin Fields OR Mac Jones. They're both already better than Sam. We will remember this year, because its what set this franchise back at least 5 years.

This is the most stupidly run franchise in the league…. And it starts with the owner.

Did you all watch this game? Over 200 yards rushing. 0 sacks. And we controlled the ball for 35:23 mins. We struggled in the red zone but if DJ holds on to that pass goin g out of bounds, we feel alot different. You can be cautiously optimisitic and say that the Oline improved.

Im aware of why Jerry Richardson is no longer our owner.. but it certainly felt like the guy knew what he was doing.

This is exactly what I said and tweeted during the game. TMJ actually got hurt during this game and they noted that DJ Moore made a business decision. If receivers keep getting the ball in dangerous places, they're going to get the dropsies. All of these receivers are good. DJ and Robby both had 1000 yard seasons last year. Sam has poor ball placement. He tries to fit the ball in places it shouldnt go and his timing is late instead of throwing people open. Sam also seems to struggle through his progressions and when the pocket breaks down, he loses awareness. Times where he should run, he doesnt and instead of throwing the ball away, he takes risks. He keys in on one receiver and DBs easily read his tendencies.

Its not hard to see that he wasn't blaming the defense. He was trying to say that its a team loss and that everyone has missed opportunities. But coach Rhule does come across as annoyingly passive aggressive. The way he answers questions about the team and personnel are evasive and some stuff is just a flat out lie. Attempting to be "positive about everything" means you end not being honest about anything.

Panthers Town Hall is the best thing on God's green internet. Sheena is legit. Sam Darnold is exactly who he's been... MID.
