We've only drafted one LB in the top 10. He was decent.

If we're sitting at 8 and he's the best football player, I say pull the trigger.

I believe that we're moving towards positionless football. There are some packages where you can put your best athletes on the football field. Jeremy Chinn is a baller. He's going to get his time. Alot of these guys you can move around, putting Parsons on the end, etc. This dude is 6'3, running a 4.4. This is Julio Jones/ Julius Peppers type of athleticsm.

Melo is having a great year mid-season, but its Cam. Cam broke a ton of records as the #1 pick to the absolute worst team in football. The Hornets werent the worst team in basketball. The NBA draft doesnt necessarily work that way. And as much as I'm loving Lamelo, he's not "carrying" the Hornets. Their young talent is growing and maturing and Gordan Haywood is a legit All Star. Its the best situation for Lamelo. He didnt even start the whole season. Lamelo is having a great start and I think he will make big impact for a longer time, = but go back and look at Cam Newtons rookie season.... he broke records.

Wise men. They've been going at a crazy pace. These guys are tired. They need a break for the 2nd half of the season and shouldnt risk COVID.

Two things that made me say wow.... Butler having the fastest first step on Funchess being a big time improvement. Not too worried about the DB's just yet. Would love for us to carry 6 WR's and 4 Safeties. With the amount of CB's we have, and playing Jeremy Cash as another LB, I think we can get by. I'm not sure Garrett is the kind of receiver that will last being stashed on our practice squad. I think it depends on how well he does in TC.

Titans have pick number 33, 43 and 45. I think we could easily get 43 or 45. Make it happen DG. Would love to move up and get Germain Ifedi or Sterling Shepard.

The comments surrounding not picking Derrick Henry sound reminiscent of the reasons for NOT selecting another Heisman Trophy winner on this team. I think we forget that Gettlemagic is not about happens in the first round. It's what happens in the rounds after it.

If this all holds up... Cam Newton will have brought the first MVP award to any sports team in North Carolina. That is special.

Definitely dont look past this team... Marcus Mariota is a problem. Fastest QB in the league.... and right now has a QBR of 101.5 & 13 TDs. Kid is going to be a beast. His completion percentage is 65.5 %. Last game he was at 71.8% . He's still figuring it out... but he's going to be the truth in the coming years.

Ya know, I think we all wanted to keep 89 and wanted to see him retire here. That would have been nice. But we made the playoffs without him. He's talked a lot of trash about Carolina since he was let go. This isn't a movie man. This isn't a fairy tale. We proved that we can win without him. This is Cam's offense now. We're 6-0 Steve who?
