Tampa would take 3 #1 picks for Brady yesterday. You sure you didn't mean Burrow? What about Herbert? And Murray is right on the line too.
-
Yeah but after 4 or 5 get drafted its gonna slow down. Mock drafts might not be good for knowing exactly who will pick who but they are generally pretty good at guessing the depth of talent at each position. Think back to last year, most people were confident 5 QB's would go Round 1, not so much this year.

Question: our fourth round pick is 108 or 137?
thunderraiden replied to Captain Morgan's topic in 2023 NFL Draft
It was 108 before comps were added officially, now its 137. -

Fix o-line and trade downnnn -
Gilly was vastly better than D-Jax, would have loved gilly over djax

Aren't enough QB needy teams that will find a huge upgrade in this class of QB's. There will be a number of QB's available in Round 4. Carson Strong as well as Ridder is possible.

Kenny Pickett > Malik Willis (at least for us)

This is exactly how the Browns ended up with Baker Mayfield and now a rapist, over Josh Allen. Edit: and Jets with Darnold. -
Had to share with someone figured some of you guys could take some humor from the bullshit always slung our way on social media, regardless if its warranted or not.

Updated Cap Estimate -- What's Next**
thunderraiden replied to SetfreexX's topic in Carolina Panthers
Last year really humbled Matt I think, got rid of a lot of his baylor/temple scrubs on the coaching staff. Not on the roster tho unfortunately. -
I actually like the mailman as a 6th or 7th round pick.

Bryce is horrible, he lost to onw of the qorst starting qbs in Georgia history.

https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/jc-tretter/7904 https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/03/15/browns-will-release-jc-tretter/ Hell of a center. This would be a huge upgrade and he's smart as he went to Cornell for college (intelligence is a huge trait of successful centers). He's 31 but has only missed 1 game in 5 years.

Probably the same way we didnt stop it with brown and jones last year.

The Panthers have a lot of leaks coming from our staff
thunderraiden replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Poo'd just because of "Junkie Rhule" pic that ruined my morning. Good post tho. I say that we leak intentionally. we didn't leak henderson trade or gilly trade, or darnold trade really. -
Calvin Ridley suspended for the 2022 season

All Rhule used to talk about in-season were the betting odds and bring taht up to the players to see their reaction ... I wouldn't be surprised. -
Shaq Thompson - RESTRUCTURED Contract**
thunderraiden replied to SetfreexX's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yea Jerry was actually smart about it being a league of parity. Just like the other owners, obviously proved by recent events, that know its time to tank when you need a rebuild Jerry let the team hit rockbottom then draft a QB at the top of the draft multiple times while here and got lucky with a couple FA's. Tepper tries to re-invent the wheel and let the other owners trick him into competing while rebuilding. I know they had to be laughing their asses off when they saw us pick up Teddy Bridgewater, then do the same stupid poo the next year with Darnold, instead with 5th-year options and draft picks. -
Shaq Thompson - RESTRUCTURED Contract**
thunderraiden replied to SetfreexX's topic in Carolina Panthers
I know they say hindsight is 20/20 but it was so obvious in 2020 with a freakin covid year of all things that we should have just went in with Cam on his final year, he would have played cause thats who he is regardless of him asking for a longer deal. Or poo, cut Cam still and just go in with Will Grier. Tank the fug out of the season like all the other owners do in practice but claim they dont when its time to rebuild and draft one of the stud QB's in 2021, we would still have our 2nd Round pick this year and maybe even some O-line help since we would have had higher draft picks in the 2nd round in 2021 also. Nope made too much sense, lets shoot for 8-8 at best with Teddy Bridgewater, they lets eat his salary, dump him after a year and eat some more shitty players salary instead of a proper rebuild. -
Pretty decent write-up, I think something that is overlooked in general but even moreso here is Tackles for Loss. I remember Luke Kuechly mentioning it after he went to the scouting side in a podcast he did where it talks about the value of TFL being pretty approximate to a sack as it achieves the same outcome, loss of yards and a loss of down but that fans hadn't caught on. Haasan had 12 TFL's last season also helped alot.

Would you take this TRADE DOWN deal?
